So we assume Mil prosecutions, and Boasberg may be to impart fair justice and present public optics for a Mil prosecution. Perhaps KC cooperation will be validated by civil court under Boasberg AND used by Mil courts to prevent any conspiracy talk by DS?
need a lawfag to throw out some scenarios of relationship between Mil/Civll courts and how Boasberg could fit in.
one assumption is if CJ Roberts assigned Boasberg to lead FISC court and he is also handling KC, that could involve sensitivity of info revealed and provide comfort that any decisions and rulings will be upheld by SC. Boasberg will be held to a high legal/constitutional standard.

Democrat Attorney Confirms that Obama Actually Bragged About Using the Photos of Kids in Cages as Propaganda
As reported earlier today, last night former First Lady Michelle Obama slammed President Trump for the atrocious act of holding illegal alien children in cages.
The left was very disturbed by this practice when the story broke in 2017.
But then it was soon pointed out the kids in cages photos were from the Obama years.
Obama locked up the kids in cages.
The photos were from 2014.

But this didn’t stop Michelle Obama from, again, pushing this lie, during her DNC convention speech last night.
What is surprising is that the AP actually reported honestly and trashed the former First Lady over her lies.
The Obama Administration was the king of the detention strategy for minors and putting them in cages. The Obama team thought this was how they would prevent illegal immigration from the US Southern border, they would scare future illegals from crossing the border by spreading these pictures of children in cages. Unfortunately, the pictures were nicer than what many of the illegals lived in at their native country and so the strategy failed. Of course, building a wall was the best strategy.
Between 2010 and 2016 a half a million immigrants were arrested on the Southern border. The US had to come up with a strategy for illegals.
So the Obama team decided to scare foreigners from crossing the US border illegally by publishing pictures of children in cages. Obama’s Senior Immigration Policy Advisor, Cecilia Munoz, was behind the publication of these pictures. The images were taken by Reuters and the AP and cleared by Munoz.
One Democrat immigration attorney Robert Andrew Free jumped in the picture and bragged about a discussion he had with Obama. Andrew Free claims he told Obama his strategy of family detention centers was wrong to which Obama replied that we can’t have families bringing their kids across the border and Obama moved on.
Free then claims that Obama said he was using the detention of mothers and children as a deterrent.
Free went on to say that the detention centers were also in place for corporations to make money and it all occurred under the Obama Administration up to the day he left office:
Boom – so there you have it. A Democrat who discussed the family detention policy with Obama declared that Obama had this in place and was using to deter illegals from crossing the border. He should have built a wall.

PANDERER-IN-CHIEF: Kamala Harris Once Adopted A Chinese Name To ‘Win Chinese Votes’

The move is just the latest example of Harris’s phony politicking and further obscures claims she’s the first African-American pick for Vice President.
During the 2003 race, which Harris won by less than one percentage point, she adopted the Chinese name “He Jinli” in a calculated attempt to secure more votes from San Francisco’s sizable Chinese community.
Chinese-language media reporting recounted the process by which Harris adopted the name, at the advice of local Chinese leader and friend Su Rongli:
“At that time, He Jinli talked to her about the strategy of winning Chinese votes. She suggested that He Jinli choose a unified Chinese name that would be easier for Chinese voters to remember. He Jinli thought this was a good suggestion.”
Harris was identified as “starting the tradition” of non-Chinese individuals running for public office adopting Chinese names, as she was the first candidate to do so.
After Harris inaugurated the trend, California outlawed the use of candidates using foreign names different from their English names on ballots in 2019.
Harris and Su, both lawyers, met each other through their involvement with the Asian Bar Association of the Bay Area according to Su.
The association is yet another blow to Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden and his mainstream media counterparts’ insistence that Harris is African-America; she’s half Indian and half Jamaican.
The report concludes with an emphasis on how despite Harris adopting a Chinese name, the vote-seeking display translated into “little interaction with the Chinese community”:
“After 15 years of being elected to public office, some people of Chinese descent claimed that He Jinli had little interaction with the Chinese community, and Su Rongli agreed.”
Clearly, after decades of pandering to different communities, Kamala Harris has perfected the art form. Whether or not the American public at large will fall for the dupe as so many Californians did remains to be seen.
