A contractor who was working at a Florida airport opened up a container to find a live missile.
The shocking find happened on Friday afternoon at Lakeland Linder International Airport east of Tampa.
It's not known how the missile arrived at the airport which is mainly used for private jets and no longer for any kind of military use.

FEDERAL LAW REGARDING MENTAL ILLNESS AND GUNS
The Gun Control Act of 1968 prohibits any person from selling or otherwise transferring a firearm or ammunition to any person who has been “adjudicated as a mental defective” or “committed to any mental institution.”16 According to federal regulations, a person has been “adjudicated as a mental defective” if a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority has determined that he or she, as a result of marked subnormal intelligence, mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease meets one of the following criteria:
Is a danger to himself, herself, or others.
Lacks the mental capacity to contract or manage his or her own affairs.17
The term “adjudicated as a mental defective” is defined to explicitly include a finding of not guilty by reason ofinsanity or incompetence to stand trial.18
Federal regulations define a person as “committed to a mental institution” if a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority has formally committed him or her to a mental institution. The term is defined to include involuntary commitments, but does not include persons who are admitted to a mental institution voluntarily or for observation.19
States may prohibit additional categories of people from purchasing or possessing firearms on the basis of mental illness. Detailed information on these laws is contained in our summary on Categories of Prohibited People.

A new advisory board, created to review the ethics of proposed fetal tissue research grants, is urging the Trump administration to block government funding for nearly all of the applications — essentially seeking to ban support for most such scientific work.
“The evaluation process for research should be insulated from ideology and special interests,” said a statement swiftly issued by the International Society for Stem Cell Research. “It is disheartening to see an ethics review perverted by an administration seeking to achieve a policy goal, a near ban on research with human fetal tissue.”
The one board member who has used fetal tissue in his own research, Lawrence Goldstein, a senior faculty member at the University of California at San Diego, denounced the process late Tuesday. “I think the whole thing is a travesty,” he said shortly after the report’s release.
