Saudi FM: No Israel normalization without peace with the Palestinians
Riyadh, in first official response to UAE agreement, says deal âcould be viewed as positiveâ but insists it will stick to terms of Arab Peace Initiative
Saudi Arabiaâs foreign minister said on Wednesday that Riyadh will not normalize relations with Israel before an Israeli-Palestinian peace accord is reached, in the kingdomâs first official statement since Thursdayâs deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates was announced.
âWhen we launched the Arab Peace Initiative in 2002, we fully envisioned that there would be relations between all Arab states, including Saudi Arabia, and Israel. But from our perspective, the conditions for that are clear: Peace must be achieved between the Israelis and the Palestinians, on the basis of international parameters. Once this goal is achieved, anything is possible,â Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan al-Saud said at a press conference in Berlin with his German counterpart, Heiko Maas.
Since 2002, Saudi Arabia has sponsored the Arab Peace Initiative, which states that normalization with Israel will come only if Jerusalem and Ramallah can come to a lasting accord and establish a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.
The United Arab Emirates is also a signatory to the Arab Peace Initiative, and its declared agreement to normalize ties without a Palestinian state would contravene it. Emirati officials have said that their agreement to normalize ties with Israel was aimed to stop Israeli annexation of Palestinian-claimed territory.
In cautious support for the agreement, however, al-Saud also lauded âactions to suspend unilateral Israeli actionsâ and said the deal âcould be viewed as positive.â
The agreement has been hailed by Egypt, with which Israel also has a peace treaty, as well as Bahrain and Oman. The Palestinian Authority called the accord âa despicable treatyâ and âa stab in the back.â
Al-Saud also said Israelâs settlement activities were damaging chances for peace.
âWe consider any unilateral Israeli measure taken to annex Palestinian territories or to build settlements as illegitimate and detrimental to the two-state solution, and any efforts to suspend those unilateral moves are appreciated,â he said.
While Israel has said it will suspend its annexation initiative as part of normalizing ties with the UAE, major infrastructure projects in the E-1 corridor close to Jerusalem are still being advanced, which could hinder the creation of a Palestinian state, according to the Ir Amim nonprofit.
Saudi Arabia did not immediately comment on the normalization agreement when it was announced on Thursday, although former Saudi information minister Adel al-Toraifi expressed his support for the deal that same night, calling it âa historic decision.â
âItâs time for [Gulf] states to move beyond the destructive discourse of false Arab Nationalism and Terrorist Islamists. [Gulf] states should urge Palestinians to drop Hamasâs terrorism & seek a modern state,â al-Toraifi wrote on Twitter.

EU does not recognize results of Belarusian election, European Council president says
The relevant document also calls for the release of prisoners and an end of violence against protesters
BRUSSELS, August 19. /TASS/. The August 9 presidential election in Belarus was neither free no fair, according to conclusions by President of the European Council Charles Michel, published after a video conference of the members of the European Council on Wednesday.
"The EU has been following the developments in Belarus very closely and with increasing concern. The August 9 elections were neither free nor fair, therefore we do not recognize the results," the document reads.
The document also calls for the release of prisoners and an end of violence against protesters. "The people of Belarus have a right to determine their future," the document said, adding: "Only a peaceful and democratic process, underpinned by independent and free media and a strong civil society, can provide sustainable solutions. All parties, including third states, should support such a process." Besides, the European Union "will shortly impose sanctions against a substantial number of individuals responsible for violence, repression and the falsification of election results."
Though the document does not call for a new election, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said following the meeting that the entire European Council had condemned the situation in Belarus. "We all believe that a new election should take place in Belarus," he added.
Belarus held a presidential election on August 9. According to the Central Election Commission, incumbent President Alexander Lukashenko received 80.1% of the vote, his main rival Svetlana Tikhanovskaya garnered 10.12%. Protests erupted in the country's capital of Minsk and several other cities following the presidential vote, leading to clashes between protesters and law enforcement officers.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell & CNNâs Anderson Cooper UNLOAD on Each Other in Fiery Interview
During an interview on Tuesday, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell and far-left CNN host Anderson Cooper got into an explosive argument while discussing the drug oleandrin.
Cooper unloaded on Lindell for promoting the drug even though it has not been tested by the FDA yet.
âYou really are a snake oil salesman. I mean, you could be in the Old West standing on a box telling people to drink your amazing elixir that thereâs no proof [of],â Cooper said.
Check out what The Hill reported:
Lindell is pushing oleandrin as a potential therapeutic for COVID-19. Last week, he was added to the board of Phoenix Biotechnology, which makes oleandrin, receiving a financial stake in the company, CNN reported.
Lindell confirmed to CNN Monday that Trump participated in a July meeting at the White House regarding the use of oleandrin, an extract from the plant Nerium oleander, as a potential coronavirus treatment.
Lindell said he had given the drug to his friends and family, saying that it âsaved their lives.â
âI do what Jesus has me do,â he said to Cooper.
âYou think Jesus wants you out here promoting remedies that ⌠[have] never been tested?â Cooper asked.
âItâs an absolute miracle. I take it every day. I donât get the virus. I have at least 50 to a hundred of my friends and family. Some that got it, and in two days theyâre fine,â Lindell said.

Operation Legend: More than 200 charged with federal crimes, 1,000 arrested, AG Barr announces
The operation is named for LeGend Taliferro, 4, who was shot and killed while he slept in June
At least 207 people have been charged with a federal crime, and more than 1,000 arrests have been made in major metropolitan cities since the Department of Justice launched Operation Legend in July, U.S. Attorney General William Barr announced on Wednesday.
Nearly 400 firearms have been seized by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Barr launched Operation Legend on July 8 as âa sustained, systematic and coordinated law enforcement initiative in which federal law enforcement agencies work in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight violent crime,â the DOJ said in a release.
It was named in honor of 4-year-old LeGend Taliferro, who was shot and killed while he slept in the early morning of June 29 in Kansas City, Mo. Last week, a Jackson County prosecutor announced second-degree murder charges against his suspected killer, 22-year-old Ryson Ellis, who was being held in Tulsa County Jail.

ICE lodges detainers for MS-13 members, associates arrested by FBI for sex trafficking a minor
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcementâs (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Washington Field Office has placed immigration detainers on 10 individuals arrested by the FBI for sex trafficking or physical assault of a minor. The 10 are known members or close associates of MS-13, a notoriously violent transnational criminal gang, designated as a transnational criminal organization by the Department of Treasury in 2012.
ICE lodged immigration detainers against unlawfully present Salvadoran nationals Moises Orlando Celaya-Veliz, 25; Jose Eliezar Molina-Veliz, 20; Santos Ernesto Gutierrez Castro, 21; Carlos Jose Turicios Villatoro, 22; Jonathan Rafael Zelaya-Veliz, 24; Nelson Ezequiel Caballero Portillo, 24; Luis Alberto Gonzales, 31; unlawfully present Guatemalan national Gilberto Morales, 31, and unlawfully present Honduran nationals Sioni Alexander Bonilla Gonzalez, 20, and Orlando Alexis Salmeron Funez, 38. Celaya, Molina, Gutierrez, Turicios and Bonilla entered the U.S. as unaccompanied minors. An 11th individual was arrested by the FBI and is not currently subject to immigration enforcement. However, ICE is monitoring the case.
According to court documents, in August 2018, a 13-year-old identified as MINOR 2 ran away from a youth home in northern Virginia. Shortly after running away, MINOR 2 was introduced to members of MS-13. Members of the gang beat MINOR 2 26 times with a baseball bat as part of a gang initiation. Gang members then sex trafficked MINOR 2 in Virginia and Maryland using the currency of cash and drugs. While in Virginia, men lined up to have sex with her in a wooded area behind one targetâs apartment complex. The men gave her drugs in exchange for sex. She was also harbored in various apartments in northern Virginia where men paid her and her handlers cash for sex.
According to court documents, MINOR 2 was later beaten again with a bat 26 times. After the second bat beating, MINOR 2 was transported to Maryland, where she was sold to numerous gang members and other customers in exchange for cash. Law enforcement recovered photographs and videos of MINOR 2 while being sexually exploited, along with numerous social media messages regarding the trafficking and sexual exploitation of MINOR 2.
ICE lodges immigration detainers on individuals who have been arrested on criminal charges and who ICE has probable cause to believe are removable aliens. The detainer asks the other law enforcement agency to notify ICE in advance of release and to maintain custody of the alien for a brief period of time so that ICE can take custody of that person in a safe and secure setting upon release from that agencyâs custody.
This case was investigated by the FBI Washington Field Officeâs Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, which is composed of FBI agents and task force officers from the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, the Fairfax County Police, the Arlington County Police, the Alexandria City Police, the Prince William County Police and other surrounding agencies. Investigative and tactical assistance was provided by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcementâs Enforcement Removal Operations, the FBI Baltimore Field Office, the FBI Norfolk Field Office, the FBI Richmond Field Office, along with the Prince Georgeâs County Police and the Montgomery County Police.

60 Percent of Police Drones Are Chinese Made
Report warns that data from U.S. drones could end up in Beijing's hands
Chinese manufacturers produced more than three in five drones used by local and state law enforcement, potentially exposing sensitive geographic and personal data to the Chinese government.
Chinese tech companies have sold or gifted drones to more than 970 law enforcement and first responder agencies across the country, presenting a massive national security risk, according to a new report by John Venable and Lora Ries, senior research fellows at the conservative Heritage Foundation. The authors of the report warn that the Chinese government can compel these companies to cough up sensitive data collected in the United States. The technology could help Beijing identify vulnerabilities in U.S. critical infrastructure and track down the location of American civic leaders.
"There is no separation between Chinese firms and the government," Venable told the Washington Free Beacon. "When any one of these Chinese drone manufacturers take data back into their system ⌠once it's back there, the government has direct access to it and they can get anything they want from the company."
The report comes amid heightened scrutiny of Chinese tech companies operating in the United States. On Monday, the Trump administration imposed additional restrictions on Huawei, a telecommunications giant accused of spying on behalf of Beijingâand banned suppliers from providing U.S.-made chips to the company. The White House also required Chinese company ByteDance to sell TikTok, a popular social media platform, to a U.S. company to prevent the Chinese government from accessing user data.
Drone use in the United States has increased exponentially in the last five years. This is especially the case for law enforcement officials and first responders who use drones' bird's-eye view to track down criminals or scout out forest fires. DJI, a Chinese company founded in 2006, has reaped the greatest benefit from this increase in demand, cornering 77 percent of the U.S. drone market. That success was fueled by regime subsidies that allowed DJI to undersell competitors, according to the report's authors.

LEAK: Google Regularly Forwarding "Far-Right" Users' Names And Addresses to Law Enforcement
Whereas Apple refused to help the feds break into the iPhone of the San Bernardino terrorists, Google is reportedly regularly forwarding their "far-right" users' names, addresses and other data to police just for "expressing extremist views."
From The Guardian, "Google giving far-right users' data to law enforcement, documents reveal":
A little-known investigative unit inside search giant Google regularly forwarded detailed personal information on the company's users to members of a counter-terrorist fusion center in California's Bay Area, according to leaked documents reviewed by the Guardian.
But checking the documents against Google's platforms reveals that in some cases Google did not necessarily ban the users they reported to the authorities, and some still have accounts on YouTube, Gmail and other services.
The users were often threatening violence or otherwise expressing extremist views, often associated with the far right.
The documents come from the so-called "Blueleaks" trove, which hackers acquired from the servers of a hosting company in Texas which had been used by several law enforcement agencies. It contains hundreds of thousands of documents from more than 200 agencies, dated between 1996 and June 2020.
[âŚ] The Google documents containing subscriber information are signed by the company's CyberCrime Investigation Group (CIG). CIG has been mentioned in coverage of criminal proceedings based on their reports, but its raw output to law enforcement agencies has never been exposed to public view.
In the Blueleaks trove, the documents are associated with the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center, part of a nationwide network of fusion centers, which were created after 9/11 to facilitate information sharing between state, federal, local and tribal law enforcement agencies.
I Googled the CyberCrime Investigation Group and found this profile of a current Google employee, Tate Jarrow, which lists him as "the lead investigator on Google's CyberCrime Investigation Group."
He previously worked as a Special Agent in the United States Secret Service and an US Army Infantry Officer.

"Unprovoked Attack": Ventura Sheriff Patrol Car Rammed And Overturned By SUV
A suspect was arrested and charged with attempted murder yesterday after repeatedly ramming, and eventually overturning, a Venutra County Sheriff's Department SUV, according to CBS Los Angeles.
The Sheriff's office says that a patrol sergeant was on duty at about 2AM on Los Angeles Avenue when, in what it is calling an "unprovoked attacked" he was rammed twice from behind, forcing the SUV to overturn.
The sergeant was able to relay to dispatchers which direction the suspect was last seen heading and, as a result, a second deputy was able to find the suspect on eastbound Highway 126. The officer gave chase, which ultimately ended in a crash, and the suspect was taken into custody.
Capt. Eric Buschow with the Ventura County Sheriff's Department told KEYT: "As the sergeant accelerated his patrol vehicle the suspect accelerated as well and then rammed into the back of the sergeant's vehicle a second time. That action spun the patrol car around and caused it to flip onto its side."
"Other deputies in the Fillmore area were able to spot the suspect vehicle in the Santa Paula area, and they tried to stop the vehicle and he didn't stop and led them on a high-speed pursuit,â said Buschow.
The deputy had minor injuries and the suspect was identified as 29 year old Frankie Avalos. He was charged with suspicion of attempted murder of a police officer.
He was pulled out of the vehicle by rescue personnel from the fire department and taken to a local hospital. He suffered just minor injuries,â Buschow said of the officer.
We will update this story if more details regarding motive become available.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: The CIA Killed My Father & Uncle â Do Not Trust The Medical Or The National Security Establishment!
Agency had his father and uncle assassinated, and in that light, he has been speaking out against the medical community with regard to vaccines. Kennedy warns Americans not to trust the same people, the national security establishment, who murdered his father and uncle and added not to trust the medical establishment as well.
Nephew of President John F. Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy, and tireless crusader against the tyranny of the mainstream medical establishment, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. joins todayâs Liberty Report to discuss his startling discoveries about who really killed his father and uncleâŚand why.
Plus, Mr. Kennedy, an environmental lawyer, has been among the most vocal and most successful opponents of the mainstream medical establishment, driven by big Pharma to inoculate and medicate everything that moves.
He tells the Liberty Report how he very reluctantly decided to dedicate his career to fighting the mandatory vaccines that have resulted in so many documented injuries to the recipients.
Mr. Kennedy begins by mentioning a book he has written, American Values, which he says documents his familyâs almost 75-year battle with the CIA.
He says the fight with the CIA started in the mid 1950s when President Truman asked his grandfather, Joseph Kennedy, to serve on a commission called âThe Hoover Commission.â
Their task was to look at the CIA, because the CIA was not originally chartered to engage in paramilitary activities, fixing elections, murdering world leaders, and interfering with the democracies of other countries.
Mr. Kennedy mentioned that the CIA was created with great reluctance by both Democrats and Republicans, because the precursor to the CIA, the âOffice of Strategic Services,â a military secret intelligence agency, was liquidated after WWII, because the belief at the time was that secret police organizations were inconsistent with a democracy ruled by a Constitution.
In those days, when Americans thought of secret police, they thought of the âStasiâ (German secret police), or they thought of the âKGBâ (Russian secret police), or they thought of the âGestapoâ (Nazi Germany secret police).
So there were debates in Congress when the CIA was being launched, and both Republicans and Democrats did not believe this was something America should be doing.
When the CIA was started, it was supposed to be exclusively an âespionageâ program for gathering intelligence. It was not meant to interfere.
But Alan Dulles, the first director of the CIA, apparently had other plans, and soon they were overthrowing democracies in Guatemala, Iran, and all over the world. So when Joseph Kennedy was on the Hoover Commission, he recommended dismantling the CIA.

The Death Spasms of Marxism Are Making Its Adherents Crazier by the Day
Is 2020 really any worse than other years? Because my circles, online and off, are convinced that 2020 is something special in the way of crazy.
Some years, of course, sort of have that vibe, either crazy or depressing. I remember â2016 is a stone-cold killerâ and a lot of it had to do with the fact that a lot of well-known celebs hit the age at which they were likely to die.
And honestly, that might be part of the vibe to 2016 in my circles. I mean, letâs be fair. In our fifties or late forties, weâre not precisely elders on life support, but we are starting to hit the years in which attendance at funerals exceeds attendance at weddings.
And in our own case â and a lot of my friendsâ cases â 2020 was always going to be a year of turmoil, characterized as âthe years life changes a lot.â Mostly due to job situations, or kids moving off, or the kind of milestones you hit in late middle age.
However, none of that justifies, for instance, this haiku making the rounds of my circles (and I canât credit it as it came to me at several removes) a couple of months ago:
Bloody hell, what now?
Oh. Of COURSE this happens now.
We are all so tired.
What we are witnessing, in my opinion, at world-level (not just in the U.S.) is sort of a nervous breakdown of the cognitive elites.
You see, for generations now, the cognitive elites â those educated in the best institutions and groomed for positions of power and prominence in politics, the arts, entertainment, education, and other public life â have been indoctrinated with Marxist beliefs. If Marxism were just an economic theory, even a faulty one, this would not be a problem.
Alas, Marxism is something else. It is a âComplete theory of how the world and history works.â (Yes, this translates as âbullshâ,â which is why some of us who had the âbestâ educations broke out of indoctrination early. Which honestly also probably cost us status, but hey.) Which means the people who bought it (the vast majority, since humans are social apes) âknewâ their place in the world and history as well as any medieval peasant who was sure of his duties on Earth and his fate after.
It is something that is very comforting and sees people through all sorts of crises.
Iâd like to say the election of or paradigm-shattering president destroyed that certainty.
It certainly helped smash the idea that the future is âinevitablyâ socialist, but it wasnât the only blow. There were other elections, including Brazilâs and Polandâs, and the Brexit vote in Great Britain (including the improved âWe told you once, you bastages!â second vote.) There were the riots in France, which, yes, involved the Black Bloc, but also had a ton to do with the fact that elites have been squeezing ordinary Frenchmen out of life, particularly in the countryside. These riots shouldnât have happened under a leftist president, so they were a mind-shattering event for the left. Then there was the increasingly more obvious weakness of China, which has been their âidealâ since shortly after the USSR fell.
So, part of what weâre witnessing all over the world, from locking up your own citizens based on a high-school girlâs model, to hysteric demands for mask use (Seriously? They want to mandate them INSIDE the house? How insane is that?) is the fact that the leftâs worldview is fracturing, people arenât reacting like their models predicted, and theyâre trying to hold onto power at any cost.
And of course, our experience in the United States is unique because we Americans do everything bigger, better, and sometimes more insane.
For instance, the nervous breakdown of the left has been going on since Donald Trump was elected. Iâm not going to confess to having spent the two weeks after watching videos of crying media personalities, or to sometimes returning to those for a pick-me-up. Itâs none of your business what I do with my own time and my own computer.

Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Loweâs Break Earnings Records During The Pandemic
Several big-box retailers were winners when it came to consumer spending during the pandemic as Target (TGT), Walmart (WMT), Loweâs (LOW), and Home Depot (HD) all reported record sales for the quarter.
These retailers, unlike many others, kept their stores open during the coronavirus crisis as they were deemed essential businesses. Many retailers had to temporarily close their doors in March as they were labeled nonessential sellers during the pandemic as states across the country issued stay-at-home orders to prevent the spread of the virus.
Retailers like Target, which reported its second-quarter earnings on Wednesday, saw record sales with a comparable sales growth of 24.3%, compared to Q2 2019. The company said the growth was the âstrongest the company has ever reported.â
A big reporting also came in for Targetâs digital comparable sales, which increased by 195% or 13.4 percentage points of the companyâs comparable sales growth, also compared to the same quarter a year ago.
Target saw a significant increase in its same-day services, which included order pick-up, drive-up and Shipt purchases, as consumers shifted away from in-store purchases to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. These sales rose by 273% or six percentage points of the companyâs comparable sales growth compared to the second quarter a year earlier.
âWe remain steadfast in our focus on investing in a safe and convenient shopping experience for our guests, and their trust has resulted in market share gains of $5 billion in the first six months of the year,â Brian Cornell, chairman and CEO of Target, said in a statement. â⌠we are well-equipped to navigate the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, and continue to grow profitably in the years ahead.â
Target wasnât alone in reporting a record second quarter as Walmart smashed earning expectations with a total revenue of $137.7 billion, up $7.4 billion or 5.6%, compared to Q2 a year ago. Sales also increased for the quarter by 9.3%, which Walmart said was led by growth in general merchandise and food purchases.
Walmart hit it big in e-commerce sales, which grew by 97% over second quarter 2019. It also saw its Samâs Club comparable sales increase by 13.3%, with the new memberships growing by more than 60%.
âI want to give a big thank you to our associates for their tireless efforts during these unprecedented times. We also appreciate the trust and confidence of our customers,â Doug McMillon, president and CEO of Walmart, said in a statement. âWe remain focused on serving them well now and expanding our set of global capabilities to serve them well in the future.â
Big box home improvement stores also reaped sales growth during the pandemic as consumers spent more on home improvement items as they stayed home. Home Depot saw sales of $38.1 billion for Q2, a 23.4 % increase compared to the second quarter of 2019 while comparable sales were up 23.4% over last yearâs Q2.

Trump Says He 'Canceled' Trade Parley With China, No New Talks Planned
Meadows said no new high-level trade talks with China were currently scheduled.
Trump again blamed China for spreading COVID-19
Lighthizer maintains regular contact with his Chinese peers.
President Donald Trump said he was behind the decision to postpone trade talks with China last weekend, raising worries about the future of the trade pact with Beijing.
Senior U.S. and Chinese trade officials â led by Chinese Vice Premier Liu He, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin â were to have held a virtual meeting via video conference to discuss the status of the phase 1 trade deal that was signed in January.
âI canceled talks with China,â Trump said on Tuesday at an event in Yuma, Ariz. âI donât want to talk to China right now.â
White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows told reporters on Air Force One on Tuesday that no new high-level trade talks with China were currently scheduled.
But Meadows noted that Lighthizer maintains regular contact with his Chinese peers.
âAmbassador Lighthizer continues to have discussions with his Chinese counterparts involving purchases and fulfilling their agreements,â Meadows said.
Under terms of the phase 1 deal, China was required to upgrade its intellectual property protection protocols, while purchasing more U.S. manufacturing and agricultural goods. In exchange for such concessions, the U.S. would reduce tariffs on various Chinese imports.
While Beijing has made some progress on the IP front, its purchases of U.S. goods has fallen below promised targets, Bloomberg reported.
Relations between the U.S. and China have also been frayed by the ongoing COVID-19 crisis (which Trump blames squarely on China) and the imposition of a controversial security law in Hong Kong (which has led to an exchange of sanctions by the two superpowers).
When asked if he might consider pulling out of the trade deal, Trump replied: âWeâll see what happens.â
âThe phase 1 trade deal has been the bright spot in the relationship,â Charles Freeman, senior vice president for Asia at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, told Bloomberg on Wednesday. âIâm certain the president looks at the election and equity markets and realizes that as challenging as it might be to get the commitments implemented by China that his folks have engineered, it probably would be worse to just scrap the deal entirely.â
Mei Xinyu, a researcher at a think tank under Chinaâs Commerce Ministry, said recent U.S. sanctions on Chinese companies likely impacted the trade talks.
âHow can the talks proceed if the U.S. keeps creating new problems?,â Mei said. âWhether the U.S. wants to provide a stable or turbulent environment for businesses, thatâs entirely up to them. China should be the anchor of stability and order.â
Terminating the trade deal will require a written notification and then become effective in 60 days, Bloomberg noted.

Netanyahu pushing for elections as deadline looms
Likud attempts to blame Blue and White
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stepped up his push for elections on Wednesday, as Blue and White leaders attempted everything possible to stop Israelis from having to go the polls for the fourth time in 19 months.
If a bill is not passed to delay the deadline for passing the budget by Monday night at midnight, an election will be initiated automatically that would take place in November.
Netanyahu made a campaign stop in Jerusalem's Mahane Yehuda Market, ordered his coalition chairman Miki Zohar to prevent a vote on the budget deadline extension bill in the Knesset Finance Committee and sent Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin to brief reporters against Blue and White ministers, blaming them for the current crisis.
"Elections are awful but the current situation is even worse," Levin said. "This could be the last Wednesday of the current Knesset. [Blue and White leaders Benny] Gantz and [Gabi] Ashkenazi trampled the coalition agreement on sovereignty and the legal system."
Levin, who is part of Likud's coalition negotiating team, accused Blue and White of torpedoing efforts to fight the coronavirus and Justice Minister Avi Nissenkorn of working against the government.
"We raised many ideas in order to resolve the budget issue, but until now, blue and white has not agreed to any of them," he said.
But Likud saved its harshest criticism for Ashkenazi, who the party accused of "beginning his primary campaign to head Blue and White" and pushing for elections.
"He wants to topple Gantz more than he wants to topple Netanyahu," the Likud said.
Blue and White officials denied all the accusations from Likud. Gantz invited his MKs to a 10pm faction meeting on Zoom to plan strategy for avoiding elections.
"It is clear to the public who wants elections and who doesn't," a Blue and White official said.

The Election Integrity Threat: 96 Million Unverified Mail-In-Ballots
â96 million Americans are going to be getting ballots or absentee ballot applicationsâŚthat no one has asked for,â Fitton states in last weekâs Weekly Update.
âItâs going to be a mess,â FItton remarks. As the country approaches election season, officials across the national political landscape are calling for a move towards mail-in-voting systems â a true recipe for disaster in Fittonâs estimation. With an estimated 96 million ballots to be sent through the mail, âthe opportunities for fraud are of enormous proportions.â In 2016, approximately 319,000 absentee mail-in ballots were thrown out. âThis year we donât have any guess how many will be thrown out, because thereâs no precedent to whatâs being planned here, which is to the break the system.â
From ballot harvesters, to voter-intimidation, the threats to âfree and fair electionsâ are virtually impossible to account for in Fittonâs view. Considering that Judicial Watch discovered nearly 2 million extra names on Pennsylvania and North Carolina voter rolls alone, âvoting by mail is a bad public policyâ to put it charitably. The presidentâs concerns for election integrity are well placed, but he is âunderstating the threat to fair and free elections caused by swamping the mail with nearly 100 million ballots,â Fitton concludes.
With top Democratic Party officials, including John Podesta recently suggesting that a Biden loss would descend the nation into a civil war â and the potential âsecession of states from the unionâ â these are clearly âdangerous times.â The Democratic Partyâs war game, as Fitton describes âtalked about it [the results of the election] being a street fight, and that we canât rely on the rule of law.â Clearly, the Left is willing to âupend the rule of law if the election result is seemingly what they donât want.â
In the meantime, Judicial Watch is working around the clock to direct voter-roll cleanups across the United States, âdoing the heavy lifting to ensure your votes are counted and that the elections are as clean possible.â If youâre concerned about election integrity, support Judicial Watch today. The stakes for inaction are simply too high to ignore.

FBI Lawyer Pleads Guilty To Altering FISA Warrant Could Face Up To Six Month Prison Sentence. You would Never Get This Deal.
The FBI lawyer who admitted to altering the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant that allowed the bureau to spy on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page, pleaded guilty Wednesday to a federal judge and will be sentenced to up to six months or less in prison in early December.
You would never get this kind of deal. This my friends is the DOJ throwing us a bone and hoping we forget the bigger picture. Again, I hope Iâm wrong.
FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who purposefully omitted information on Page from the 2017 warrant application submitted to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, known as the FISC, pleaded guilty to the altering the documents in a telephone call with his lawyers.
Judge James E. Boasberg of the federal district court in Washington, D.C.who oversees the case reminded Clinesmith that he had the right to a trial by jury, which Clinesmith declined. Boasberg accepted his guilty plea Wednesday and scheduled a Dec. 10, sentencing hearing.
Clinesmithâs lawyers reiterated that their client deeply regretted his actions which were not intentional but none-the-less were in violation of the law.
What? Letâs talk about what Clinesmith did and think about what would happen to you if you lied on a document like a FISA warrant? Wait, look at what happened to Trump friend and advisor Roger Stone who was accused of lying to Congress (by the way, former CIA director John Brennan, former DNI James Clapper and a litany of other blatantly lied to Congress and are now selling books on Amazon).
Clinesmith didnât just tell a small lie, he specifically omitted information that allowed the FBI to spy on a presidential campaign for political reasons. He had worked at the FBI for four years and was a subordinate that was made the fall guy by FBI leadership.
He altered an email he received from the CIA in 2017 that showed Page was in no way a Russian asset and that he was an asset for the CIA.
The Judges at the FISC court approved the application to wiretap Page, according to court records and numerous investigations. He altered an official government email indicating that Page wasnât âa sourceâ for the CIA, when it originally said he was. WOW!
Folks, that is no small crime.
More than 100 participants listened in to the court âplea agreement hearingâ Wednesday and listened as Clinesmith waived his right to a trial by jury.
He is expected to get only six months or less for altering the FISA application, which is considered one of the most classified documents pertaining to national security and its contents must be validated thoroughly by the FBI before being submitted to the court.
âMr. Clinesmith you understand weâve already talked about your jury rights,â said Boasberg. He then said do you understand your decision to waive your rights to a jury?â
âYes, your honor,â said Clinesmith.

Reactions To The Verdict Of The âSpecial Tribunal For Lebanonâ
The tribunal says it has not been able to establish any direct evidence or link between a 2005 blast in Beirut that killed Lebanonâs former prime minister Rafiq Hariri and the leadership of the Hezbollah resistance movement or the Syrian government. Opinions on the verdict predictably follow ideological lines.
Iran-based Press TV reported that the tribunal exonerated the leadership of Syria and Hezbollah:
âThe so-called Special Tribunal for Lebanon (SDL) read out a summary of the 2,600-page verdict at The Hague on Tuesday after trying for 15 years and spending some $1 billion to prove allegations of association between the explosion and the Lebanese resistance movement or Damascus.â
âThere is no evidence that the Hezbollah leadership had any involvement in Mr. Haririâs murder and there is no direct evidence of Syrian involvement,â said Judge David Re.
The report notes that Lebanonâs an-Nahar daily ran the headline, âInternational Justice Defeats Intimidationâ before the tribunalâs decision was announced, referring to efforts by groups within and outside the country to implicate Hezbollah and the Syrian government in the crime.
Hezbollah â which has rejected the jurisdiction and independence of the court â has denied any link to or interest in the atrocity. Moreover, the resistance movement has condemned the tribunal for serving as an opportunity for Tel Aviv to achieve objectives in Lebanon that it has not been able to achieve by other means.
Hezbollahâs Secretary-General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said on Friday that he was not concerned about the proceedings, and that if any members of the resistance movement were claimed to be guilty, Hezbollah would stand by their innocence.
The report by Press TV then argues that the tribunal âdid not stop short of echoing those who have been trying to make the unfounded allegations against the resistance group and Damascusâ, referring to an obtuse declaration by Judge David Re that: âThe trial chamber is of the view that Syria and Hezbollah may have had motives to eliminate Mr. Hariri and his political allies.â
Observers said the latter part of the verdict showed that the countries that forced the United Nations Security Council into forming the tribunal in the first place â based on unproven hypotheses, without any legal basis, and in violation of Lebanonâs sovereignty â were still influencing the verdicts that it issues.
The report than notes that Israelâs Channel 1 has alleged an association between four people with alleged links to Hezbollah and the 2005 explosion, and that the tribunal investigated the allegations and eventually convicted one of the four people accused, subsequently identified as âthe main defendantâ.
The report said that of the four people accused, lawyers appointed by the tribunal declared there was no physical evidence linking them to the crime and that they had to be acquitted. LINK
Under the headline âHariri accepts verdict in fatherâs case, wants âjust punishmentâ, Qatar-based Al Jazeera leads with the assertion: âSpecial Tribunal for Lebanon finds Hezbollah member guilty of assassinating ex-PM Rafik Hariri in 2005 bomb blastâ

Mysterious Group Threatens Syrian, Russian, Iranian and Kurdish Forces In Deir Ezzor
A mysterious group by the name the âGathering of Rebels in the Land of Deir Ezzorâ (GRLD) has threatened Syrian, Russian, Iranian and Kurdish forces in the eastern governorate with a wave of attacks.
In a statement released on August 18, the group called on locals to stay away from military positions and installations in Deir Ezzor.
The group also declared a âmilitary zoneâ in the following areas:
The cities of Deir Ezzor, al-Mayadin and al-Bukamal.
The towns of Abu Hamam, al-Tayyana, al-Asharah, al-Suwar, al-Shheell, Jadeed Ekedat, al-Hisan, al-Kasrah and al-Shaddadi.
The al-Khurafi and Abu Khashab highways.
The GRLD, which appeared for the first time last year, claimed responsibility for the August 18 attack on Russian troops in Deir Ezzor. A Russian major-general was killed and two service members were injured in the attack.
The group identifies itself as a unit of the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA). This was, however, denied by the SNA.
âThe Ministry of Defense in the Syrian Interim Government denies that the alleged formation of the GRLD is affiliated with the SNA,â the ministry said in a statement.
The ministry went on in its statement to accuse the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) of creating the GRLD and other fictional groups in order to discredit the SNA and to promote its own interests in Deir Ezzor.
The GRLD indeed appears to be nothing more than a propaganda stunt. The SDF may be behind this. However, there is no evidence to Back this accusation.

Q-Anon Is Not a Cult, Its Followers Arenât Crazy, and Qâs Intel Is Always Spot on
Two observations about your Q post, Kristin Kreuk Agrees Q-Anon Is a Cult! â What About Nxivm?, if you allow me:
1) Q could never be a cult.
It isnât even an organization:
Itâs a movement.
It has no command and control structure whatsoever.
Itâs a source (POTUS and Dan Scavino and few others) that is weaponizing citizen journalists with the truth about a myriad of events of the westâs recent history.
We are all encouraged to think for ourselves and do our own due diligence by researching deep, rather than just relying on the âenemediaâ.
2) When you list the âbeliefsâ, you are mixing content from the Q drops with theories put forward by individuals, most of them are ideas that have been shut down by the best minds in the movement. (Example: Mueller was working for POTUS, JFK Jr is alive etc â none of that is part of the drops, and some of it is the work of infiltrators.)
The âGreat Awakeningâ has tens of millions of free citizens worldwide fighting against the Mockingbird media, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Hollywood pedos, China, Iran and the Infiltrators in all countries.
In a group as big as Q, you are going to inevitably find a fair share of deranged people, as well as very bright and talented Anons, shoulder to shoulder with others perhaps not as sharp.
Let me just point out that literally tens of thousands of articles bashing Q have been relentlessly published since 2017 (Washington Post alone has about 300 of them).
Why would the media overlords be SO AFRAID of us if we were not an existential threat to the MockingBird Mediaâs choke-hold on the information pipeline?
Whatever the contemporary subject Q addresses, Qâs intel is always spot on.
I am at your disposal if you want to put this rather bold statement of mine to the test.
