East TN Baby Murdered By Own Mother
As noted in previous notables from many threads back, the case of baby Evelyn Boswell who had been missing for over two months before being reported as missing became national headlines that sadly ended in tragedy when her body was found buried on property belonging to a member of her family.
After 17 days of repeatedly lying to police to throw them off the trail, her mother was arrested along with her grandmother (mother's mother) and her grandmother's 30-ish year old boyfriend for various charges.
At 5:30PM today, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation held a press conference where they announced a further 17 charges (19 in total) added onto the two lying to police charges. Her mother, Megan Boswell's new charges include first degree murder, desecration of a corpse, and 12 charges of lying to police.
