I think there is a link between Rudy's tweet and the NYPD insider who's posted a few time on this board. Insider says Trump has the laptop info and will drop it if Barr,Durham & Co. go pear-shaped. Barr, supposedly, was brought on for a controlled demolition. If that doesn't work POTUS unloads all in October.
