Looks like they're scrubbing data

This morning I sent a total of 7 links containing the results of RCT's on mask efficacy from NIH, Cambridge, JAMA etc, in an email to one of my elected leaders…every single study came to the same conclusion:

"In our systematic review, we identified 10 RCTs that reported estimates of the effectiveness of face masks in reducing laboratory-confirmed influenza virus infections in the community from literature published during 1946–July 27, 2018. In pooled analysis, we found no significant reduction in influenza transmission with the use of face masks…"

About 10 minutes ago, I posted the same links I did this morning and I discovered all of the aforementioned published reports have been scrubbed and replaced with the following summary:

"Influenza viruses circulate around the world every year. From time to time new strains emerge and cause global pandemics. Many national and international health agencies recommended the use of face masks during the 2009 influenza A (H1N1) pandemic. We reviewed the English-language literature on this subject to inform public health preparedness. There is some evidence to support the wearing of masks or respirators during illness to protect others, and public health emphasis on mask wearing during illness may help to reduce influenza virus transmission. There are fewer data to support the use of masks or respirators to prevent becoming infected. Further studies in controlled settings and studies of natural infections in healthcare and community settings are required to better define the effectiveness of face masks and respirators in preventing influenza virus transmission"

I forgot to include the study posted above, and it's not been changed yet…They're scrubbing the original data. Please download and save offline

Yeah but the point is, all the studies I sent in the email have been removed and replaced with a simple wishy washy summary that leaves it up in the air.

Just asking people to archive offline this CDC study before it's scrubbed as well:
