Just got into a fight at the Food Lion in Southern Shores NC.
I was minding my own business shopping sans mask just like I have been doing all along.
A lady tapped me on the shoulder and told me I was selfish for not wearing a mask.
I said: "Mind your own business bitch" and continued shopping.
Her husband hit me in the back of the head while I wasn't looking.
I hit him in the ear and he dropped like a sack of taters. I think I busted his eardrum.
Manager saw the whole thing and asked me if I wanted to call police. I said no.
Another customer said they should call police in case someone tried to press charges later. Good idea.
Cops came and talked to manager who witnessed and went back to look at security footage.
They came back and arrested the husband for battery. No charges for me but I'll have to go to court to testify against him.
He's a tourist from New Jersey, so he'll have to drive back down for his trial.
People are losing their minds.
I didn't think I'd have to fight over not wearing a mask, but here we are.
Adrenalin just now easing off.
