Don't know anything specific. However, the medical care of babies and children has certainly been hijacked, world wide, by those seeking to socially and otherwise engineer and traffic people.
Remember the small headed babies in Brazil? Zika virus was blamed but there were no excess cases of microcephaly in other parts of the world with Zika outbreaks. Turns out there were a couple of things going on in parts of Brazil that were affected. One was a maternal vaccine program, the other a program that added a pesticide to the water supply.
A lot of spoopy stuff out of Brazil.
