i'm not yet at that point, but i've definitely noticed a downward turn to the notables thing, too. Maybe because i generally don't go over them much… the idea's not bad, but ugh, the application's getting heavier and more annoying by the day, easy slides and timewastes (to say nothing of all the baker-pick-me crap).
if it were just that, it wouldn't be much of a problem, but focusing on these honor-roll posts, a lot is cast aside and missed - or, is more likely to, depending how much anons are looking.
i don't think taking them out completely could fly at this point, and trying to would be a big useless battle, but who knows, maybe it'll burn itself to the ground…
