RFK Jr. Sues Facebook, Zuckerberg and So-Called ‘Fact-Checkers’ for Vaccine Censorship

Washington, DC – Children’s Health Defense (CHD) filed a lawsuit on Monday in San Francisco Federal Court charging Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and three fact-checking outfits with censoring truthful public health posts and for fraudulently misrepresenting and defaming CHD.

According to CHD’s Complaint, Facebook has insidious conflicts with the Pharmaceutical industry and its captive health agencies and has economic stakes in telecom and 5G. Facebook currently censors CHD’s page, targeting its purge against factual information about vaccines, 5G and public health agencies.

Facebook acknowledges that it coordinates its censorship campaign with the WHO and the CDC. While earlier court decisions have upheld Facebook’s right to censor its pages, CHD argues that Facebook’s pervasive government collaborations make its censorship of CHD a First Amendment violation. The government’s role in Facebook’s censorship goes deeper than its close coordination with CDC and WHO. The Facebook censorship began at the suggestion of powerful Democratic Congressman and Intelligence Committee Chairman Representative Adam Schiff, who in March 2019 asked Facebook to suppress and purge internet content critical of government vaccine policies. Facebook and Schiff use the term “misinformation” as a euphemism for any statement, whether truthful or not, that contradicts official government pronouncements. The WHO issued a press release commending Facebook for coordinating its ongoing censorship campaign with public health officials. That same day, Facebook published a “warning label” on CHD’s page, which implies that CHD’s content is inaccurate, and directs CHD followers to turn to the CDC for “reliable, up to date information.” This is an important First Amendment case that tests the boundaries of government authority to openly censor unwanted critique of government

Attorneys Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Roger Teich, and Mary Holland represent Children’s Health Defense in the litigation.

The lawsuit also challenges Facebook’s use of so-called “independent fact-checkers” – which, in truth, are neither independent nor fact-based – to create oppositional content on CHD’s page, literally superimposed over CHD’s original content, about open matters of scientific controversy.

To further silence CHD’s dissent against important government policies and its critique of Pharmaceutical products, Facebook deactivated CHD’s donate button, and uses a variety of deceptive technology (i.e. shadow banning) to minimize the reach and visibility of CHD’s content. In short, Facebook and the government colluded to silence CHD and its followers.

Despite NYC Budget Crisis, de Blasio Wife Has $2M Staff of 14

New York City is facing a serious budget crisis amid the coronavirus lockdowns. Trash pickups and city park maintenance are taking the hit and 22,000 city employees face losing their jobs. In response to this, Mayor Bill de Blasio and his wife — when not overseeing massive Black Lives Matter paintings in front of Trump Tower or trying to cancel 9/11 memorials — are keeping their personal expensive and bloated staff.

Mayor de Blasio tried to calm the anger surrounding this revelation at a press conference today by claiming his wife’s staff is necessary to fighting COVID-19 issues and the criticism “doesn’t take into account the work that’s being done,” as reported by the New York Post.

Chirlane McCray, the Mayor’s wife, has a staff of 14 that cost city taxpayers $2 million per year, as reported by Fox News. This includes a $70,000 videographer and a $117,000 speechwriter — even though McCray herself has worked as a speechwriter under a previous mayor.

After getting their budget slashed by nearly $85 million this year, the city’s Parks Department has had to reduce a number of services — leaving parks with noticeably more trash and signs of deterioration that could be dangeroushttps://t.co/f7t3Hst3Tu

Bill de Blasio announced a hiring freeze in April to help aid the $7 billion deficit resulting from the virus and lockdowns, signaling a large amount of furloughed employees in the near future. At the same time, McCray brought on a $150,000 a year adviser.

“How much taxpayer money will the mayor’s wife pilfer before leaving office? How can she sleep at night hiring these hacks knowing so many other city workers are facing layoffs this fall? This is a disgrace!” City Councilman Eric Ulrich (R-Queens) told Fox News.

This is criminal. Simply criminal. https://t.co/FI6Z2LTPeC

Some of her large staff work on her $1.25 billion initiative focused on mental health in New York City. This program, ThriveNYC, was called out by the New York Post for “empty boasts” and missing metrics on a large amount of its activities.

McCray’s staff has doubled since 2018 and now includes a $143,000 public relations director $115,000 assistant, as reported by Fox News.

“With over 22,000 layoffs of city workers looming, the mayor can’t seriously expect to keep funding full-time, highly paid speechwriters and professional videographers for his wife’s political ambitions. It’s wrong, and it needs to stop,” City Councilman Antonio Reynoso (D-Brooklyn) told Fox News.

Netflix accused of sexualizing children with movie about kids who embrace 'sensual dance'

'Cuties' is about an 11-year-old girl who 'becomes fascinated with a twerking dance crew.'

But people across the world are expressing outrage with concerns that the movie sexualizes young girls, and a petition has been launched in an effort to have it removed from Netflix.

On Tuesday, Netflix announced that "Cuties" would be coming soon to its platform, sharing the French language film's trailer on Twitter. The promotional plug reads: "Amy, 11, becomes fascinated with a twerking dance crew. Hoping to join them, she starts to explore her femininity, defying her family's traditions."

The Hollywood News published the full synopsis of the film, which reads:

Eleven-year-old Amy lives with her mom, Mariam, and younger brother, awaiting her father to rejoin the family from Senegal. Amy is fascinated by disobedient neighbor Angelica's free-spirited dance clique, a group that stands in sharp contrast to stoic Mariam's deeply held traditional values. Undeterred by the girls' initial brutal dismissal and eager to escape her family's simmering dysfunction, Amy, through an ignited awareness of her burgeoning femininity, propels the group to enthusiastically embrace an increasingly sensual dance routine, sparking the girls' hope to twerk their way to stardom at a local dance contest.

Even before its major-platform release, the international film has sparked international outrage.

One purported Somalian man's reaction to Netflix's post typified a common response: "SMH… Typical. European & Western films in general forever demonising and portaying African culture/Islamic faith in a negative light. In addition to promoting immorality and promiscuity to young girls! Stop sexualising young girls and let them be kids."

The movie poster released to promote the film sparked further outrage. It shows the 11-year-old lead character kneeling down with her legs spread, and a co-star twerking in the background. All four girls in the picture are wearing dance outfits with crop-tops exposing their midriffs along with bottoms and knee pads similar to a volleyball player's uniform.

A petition was also launched, calling for removing "Cuties" from Netflix.

Its plea reads:

This movie/show is disgusting as it sexualizes an ELEVEN year old for the viewing pleasure of pedophiles and also negatively influences our children! There is no need for this kind of content in that age group, especially when sex trafficking and pedophilia are so rampant!

As of this writing, more than 6,700 people had signed the petition.

TheBlaze reached out to Netflix asking for comment regarding the petition and the release of the film, but did not receive a response after several hours.
