A complete personal & family medical history must be conducted by a licensed doctor prior to any vaccination administered to anyone ever. Anything less is malpractice.

"Mobile vans, vaccine strike teams, & drive-throughs" are by definition malpractice. It's fundamental basic medicine that should be the standard of care all over the planet. Doctors, nurses, & pharmacists violate this all the time.
