I think Grenell is on our side and not aware of the damage he's causing with the rainbow flag and support for Transgender/Swingers by waving the LGBT term around. He needs to FOCUS on his experiences and Gays/Lesbians.
Notice he THREATENS them with their jobs - "Let's keep this a 'good place' to work."
Goodyear is THREATENING termination if the employees don't self censor. 'Zero Tolerance' = IMMEDIATE TERMINATION for violating the policy.
