Fallenness is inherited genetically through Adam. Every person ever born was/is fro Adam's genes except for Jesus who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and therefore did not inherit Aam's fallen nature.
Which is why Jesus said: you must be born again. By human birth everyone is corrupt and fallen. But through the Holy Spirit, you can be born again - spiritually incorruptible because Jesus paid the penalty for sin through his death and secured eternal life through his resurrection. So although the fallen, adamic body must die, the regenerate spirit is eternal and incorruptible.
