normal step in subdividing land. a parcel has to have legal access in order to build. a landlocked parcel is not worth as much. might cost a few grand to get a road easement but it doesn't suddenly triple the value of the land. there is still nothing built there so look at other reasons to own land there. does anyone even go there or is it a paper holding?
