yes, and by historical statistical norms, about 30% of them should be indictments. (If you have half a brain, the percentage could be higher since this is the largest batch of sealed federal indictments in history and it stands to reason that the ratio of indictments compared to, say, arrest warrants should be higher.)

Here's the latest numbers on sealed court actions. (I've argued from the beginning that this is a better term to be used for this than 'indictments.')

 

By my estimation there are at least 50,000 sealed indictments included in this 180K+ sealed court actions.

 

Please explain why there are more than 135 times as many as the previous record of concurrent sealed court actions (which occurred just before the take-down of Al Capone.)
