Republican Rally at DNC Event
Delaware Young Republicans issue statement regarding Thursday night's DNC event in Wilmington.
A protest called "Delaware Rallies Against Biden" is planned to start at 5 p.m. Thursday evening outside of the ad-hoc DNC convention at the Chase Center on the Wilmington Riverfront. Joe Biden is expected to accept the Democrat nomination for President in a speech Thursday night.
"Rally together with us outside the Democrat convention to show America and the national media that we in Delaware who know Joe best know he's not the president our country needs," announced Sam Chick, Chair of the Delaware Young Republicans. "Bring your signs and flags and let's join together to exercise our First Amendment rights!"
"This is a joint effort between the Delaware Trump Campaign, Delaware Republicans, and all Delawareans frustrated with Biden and Delaware Democrats for their decades of corruption, collusion, and cover-ups," said Rob Arlett, head of the Delaware Trump Campaign.
