Is this a proper description of dogs?

Dogs mark their territory with their anal gland secretions, and when dogs 'wag their tail', it's actually just to make the secretions airborne.

So when a dog approaches with its mouth open, tongue out, wagging its tail, it is trying to have you mimic their open mouth expression, to create a suction airflow to draw their airborne anal gland secretion droplets to your face.

It is somehow not considered a mental disorder to allow a dog to enter your home, even when it simply means that you, your family and everything in your home will be covered with the dog's anal gland secretions because it will mark it's territory, making sure no other dog will steal their source of food.

Crazy to think that people live with their dogs simply ignoring this fact, and bring their dogs to the city, for dogs to piss, shit, bark and spread their anal gland secretion everywhere, trying to have other people not care and not notice how demented the behaviour clearly is, that a person brings an animal to the city which will achieve nothing else than make the city dirty and disturbing.

One day it will be some return to sanity, right now, there seems to be a contest to have the most inbred dog available.

That's of course thanks to the inability to question the burden imposed by the degenerate jewish culture on society.
