Yes. I think it either reflects the way the little boy's name was spelled (the one after whom the operation is named) or is a comm. Could be both.
It seems the little boys name was indeed LeGend. However, Trump calling out the word "Legend" by naming this operation might have multiple meanings. Seems like anon calling out "legend" as a map key was a good observation. Also, it is obvious the President is showing compassion and respect for innocent lives lost in the current (but by the Grace of God, temporary) leftist insanity.
