pb notable >>10362317 Clinesmith Gets The Wolfe Plea Deal…

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/08/19/clinesmith-gets-the-wolfe-plea-deal/

anon here making a contrarian argument (moar optomistic)

>Something is rotten here.

-he could be cooperating and offering valuable info.

-he is a small potato in a big field, not a mastermind of a potential conspiracy to defraud the US or Treason.

-he can be charged for other crimes as they come up, or the plea can be withdrawn if he does not fulfill his part of the bargain perhaps.

-the charge 18usc1001 is not murder 1, the crime commited was altering a document, charge is not further influenced by who, what, where, when, why. why a lowly charge? perhaps for the guilty plea.

-common sense would say sentence should reflect severity, but 'impartial' federal law application does not really work that way (impartially). that is why ag barr intervened in stone sentencing guidlines. remember its a low charge, durham prolly could have gone for moar based on facts we know, but that doesnt matter.

>Boasberg said he would recuse himself, but both parties declined.

-said his selection was random. he could have prolly recused and passed it on privately. SC CJ Roberts appointed him to head FISC, all things aside, lets take that as he follows the law properly, and has confidence of SC.

-parties had opportunity and offer to recuse, they waived that, the problem and trap would moar likely be if Boasberg did not offer, or if counsel had to bring it up.

>He also said the Max penalty is 5 Years in Prison, but the "sentencing guidelines" say 0-6 months.

  • guidlines are like a checklist, never in trouble before 1st time offender, he will likely do no time. barr DOJ has made it a point to handle DOJ like this. The charge is altering a doc, does not matter who from or who to as much as it should.

>Boasberg 'could' ignore the guidelines & go w/ 5 years.

-yes, but would not hold on appeal if impartial.

-1st time offenders altering a doc get 0-6 months, majority no jail, the judgement here would be max to give him 6 months.

>Why would the DOJ not accept his offer to recuse.

-sentencing guildines should be the same for all judges its a form type checklist, doj agrees thats the policy, 0-6 months and may seek the higher end. they will address the nature of crime, but are bound within that range for the most part. If it was proven he was that bad, other charges could have been sought, thats what judge will know, and also know that perhaps other charges could not be proven without a reasonable doubt.

>If the judge ignores the guidelines (which would be reasonable given the gravity of the case) & goes for the max, Clinesmith could have this overturned on appeal claiming bias by the court due to him deceiving the FISC.

-his appeal would be weak if he was given opportunity directly by judge to repeal and he had no problem with it.

-again boasberg will follow the range within the guideline checklist 0-6 months, the severity would justify 6 months.

-state and local courts operate differently, and deep state courts do also. this is an important first case here, barr durham will only go after guaranteed convictions, which is why we may see either alot of guilty pleas or alot of guilty verdicts, not many ng verdicts and successful appeals. we are setting courts back to how they are designed to function impartially, after watching ds judges it may be a bummer on the penalties.

>This does not bode well for any future actions.

-100% guilty pleas or verdicts.

  • weak penalties though.

  • when crimes are stacked with others they add up.

  • i think KC was in a conspiracy, a terrorist defined by 18usc2331 also so that could be 5+5=8 lets say and he would prolly do 2 years.

-perhaps the plea was to avoid terror, conspiracy charges, so he talks and testifies on others?

>My guess is a slap on the wrist is coming, FOR CONSPIRING TO SPY ON THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!

  • prolly right, but the charge is altering a doc.

  • the disappointment is felt here in the charges filed.

  • there may be moar charges, or he may be valuable in charging others

do they allow maga/blue lives/all lives or just blm gear?

unfortunately we cannot let china run goodyear continue their marxist assault on america in order to let titan sell farm tires.

titan needs to take the highroad and find another supplier.

they are following the lefts justification, we did not want to let our people starve so we took chinas money for americas secrets, aoc said the people need bread to eat moar than america needs secrets', oh and my 5 million account, and mansion, any manager or leader at my level is compensated at that rate, its buce but i do not do it for the money i do it for the people that need the bread to eat

the Goodyear Play

We are likely hoping for litigation and the ensuing awareness to establish that BLM is in fact a Democrat Party poltical group.

We know the Act Blue link and to follow the money- it's the key, Q linking GF to BHO and the coordinated BLM campaign is a BOOM!

We can expose BLM as a Dem group funded and all, as well as earn equal rights. If BLM is allowed so should maga be.

Supreme Court?
