Robert D. Daleo, GSB’ 72, has been elected chair of the Fordham University Board of Trustees, effective July 1, 2012, the Office of the President has announced.

Robert D. Daleo was appointed as a director in May 2013.
He is also chairman of the Fordham University Board of Trustees and is Chairman of the New Jersey Community Development Corporation.
Daleo served as vice chairman of Thomson Reuters Corporation in 2012 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer from November 1998 to January 2011. He began his career with Thomson in 1994 when he joined Thomson Newspapers as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

McShane, Daleo Respond to Credible Accusations of Abuse Against Jesuits Connected to Fordham
Early in the morning on Tuesday, Jan. 15, the Jesuit USA Northeast Province of the Society of Jesus released a comprehensive list of Jesuits with credible allegations of sexual assault upon minors. Among those on the list were five priests within the Fordham community.
