trying to remember something off the top of my head
All this news about the post office and its ability to do the job with the mail
someone did a super thread some time ago about the role of the postmaster general in the freedom of the states - the release of the states from the corporate takeover (or was it from the crown?)
ie: some intrepid soul walked into a post office in VA at a critical moment and basically "saved" the united states from being owned by another entity
I feel like we should revisit that event, refresh our knowledge of the original (and proper?) role of the Postmaster General.
seems relevant at the moment
