Only about 2 miles from the epicenter of where the rioting/protests happen. Not right next door, but those people are prime suspects as far as I'm concerned. They are also not strangers to the Beacon Hill area:

"In Seattle, we’ve seen clashes between protesters and police, tear gas and flash grenades, public sit-downs with the mayor and the police chief, a march that brought an estimated 60,000 people to Beacon Hill, the abandonment of the East Precinct in Capitol Hill and the creation of CHOP (Capitol Hill Occupied Protest), which the city is looking to dismantle following a series of shootings over the weekend."
