Alright anons, some clarity is needed.

If elections occur but if results are not finalized or enough seats go contested:

Theory:

*Dems make sure all GOP seats get contested.

*All contested seats would have to be vacated till final election results.

*Dems would take majority in the house and senate, along with speaker of the house becoming POTUS till final election results.

*Dems would vote to void most of election/pass bills to take full power. i.e. a socialist america.

By my understanding, that theory is constitutionally/legally viable.

Anyone know of articles/laws that would prevent those actions from becoming reality?
