Those were given a pass, just like Paul Ryan. They were allowed to walk, just like Conyers and Frankin were forced out. (leave or get charged..so in a manner of speaking for them crime paid they got a nice fat pension where my job was outsourced when I was older and now I am struggling to stay in my house with zero income no benefits)
