I have a question for any lawfags here regarding tort law. I recall reading it a while ago.

When a person or entity creates a danger, they cannot benefit from removing the danger.

So, if a person or entity is responsible for creating or releasing Covid-19, then they cannot benefit from selling masks or vaccines.

Right? What is the name of this theory in tort law?
