Liberal Judge Orders President Trump to Pay Court Costs for Stormy Daniels Even Though Her Case Was Dismissed in Court

Here we go…

Look for more completely ridiculous actions like this against President Trump by the Democrat deep state from now until election day.

A California Superior Court judge has ordered President Donald Trump to pay $44,100 to Stormy Daniels to reimburse her attorneys’ fees in in a case that was dismissed in court.

Stormy’s case was dismissed.

It had no merit.

But Trump has to pay the costs?

It’s not supposed to work that way.

Judge Robert Broadbetl III is a registered Democrat and was appointed to the court by Jerry Brown.

Shocker.

KTLA reported:

A California Superior Court judge has ordered President Donald Trump to pay $44,100 to Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, to reimburse her attorneys’ fees in the legal battle surrounding her nondisclosure agreement.

Clifford, an adult-film actress who says she had an affair with Trump from 2006 to 2007, signed a $130,000 nondisclosure agreement with former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, who represented a shell company and a “David Dennison,” which Clifford contends is a pseudonym for Trump. Trump denies the affair occurred.

Clifford sued Trump in 2018, seeking to be released from the NDA. In response, Trump and his legal team agreed outside of court not to sue or otherwise enforce the NDA. The suit was dismissed and Clifford’s claims ruled moot, as the NDA had been rendered unenforceable…

…In his decision this week, Judge Robert Broadbelt III ruled that Clifford was entitled to legal fees, finding her the “prevailing party” under California law, despite the case having been dismissed.

Broadbelt also rejected an argument by Trump’s attorneys that the President was not liable for the fees because he had not signed the NDA.

This sounds like just another excuse to trash President Trump.

‘DANGEROUS statement’: Pelosi slams Trump for tweet claiming ‘DEEP STATE’ FDA delaying Covid-19 vaccine

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-California) has accused Donald Trump of making a “dangerous statement” by tweeting that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has hindered the US’ covid-19 response, including the approval of a vaccine.

In a Saturday tweet tagging FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn, the president accused the “deep state” of delaying approval on clinical trials for a coronavirus vaccine on purpose to affect November’s election.

“The deep state, or whoever, over at the FDA is making it very difficult for drug companies to get people in order to test the vaccines and therapeutics. Obviously, they are hoping to delay the answer until after November 3rd. Must focus on speed, and saving lives!” said Trump.

Pelosi slammed the tweet through a statement saying the president’s words “went beyond the pale.”

“FDA has a responsibility to approve drugs judged on their safety and efficacy, not by a declaration from the White House on speed,” she said.

“This was a very dangerous statement on the part of the president, even for him it went beyond the pale, in terms of how he would jeopardize the health and well-being of the American people,” the Speaker of the House added.

Trump also slammed the FDA for revoking emergency use authorization of hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine to treat Covid-19. The president has praised hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment to the virus, but studies have produced mixed results.

Replying to a tweet from the FDA calling the drugs “ineffective,” the president claimed that “many doctors and studies disagree with this.”

Many doctors and studies disagree with this! https://t.co/fpLVJZMvHS

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 22, 2020

Trump also slammed the government agency on Wednesday for holding off on emergency use of blood plasma to treat the virus.

“It could be a political decision because you have a lot of people over there that don’t want to rush things because they want to do it after November 3,” he said at a White House news conference.

Plasma rich in antibodies would theoretically help those with Covid-19 fight off the virus, but the FDA cited that the evidence is still too thin to support this claim.

Creepy Mueller Gang Leader Andrew Weissmann Appears Connected to SDNY Hit Job on Former Trump Strategist Steve Bannon

This past week former Trump Team Strategist Steve Bannon was indicted with three others on charges related to their building a wall on the Southern border by the SDNY. This indictment screams of Andrew Weissmann corruption and prosecutorial abuse.

As we reported previously, dirty cop Robert Mueller and his deputy in crime Andrew Weissmann indicted a number of innocent individuals and companies of crimes over the years. Mueller is a crook and so is Weissmann who was at Hillary’s inauguration party and was informed of the fake Russia dossier in its very early days in 2016. (Of course, Weissmann never considered this a conflict of interest preventing him from joining the Mueller investigative team. )

Here is a list of the innocent lives and companies destroyed by these two crooks –

1 Audit firm Arthur Andersen and its 80,000 plus employees –

Sydney Powell recently was on with Mark Levin on his show on FOX News and she described the actions taken by former FBI Head Robert Mueller during the Enron case in the early 2000’s. Powell wrote LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice after seeing a core group of federal prosecutors break all the rules, make up crimes, hide evidence, and send innocent people to prison in the Enron case. When she saw them promoted to the top of the US legal system at the DOJ and FBI she had had enough.

Powell discusses how Mueller hand picked Weissmann wanting this corrupt attorney on his team –

Mueller and Weissmann made up a crime that resulted in the complete destruction of Arthur Andersen and the loss of more than 80,000 jobs for those employed by this corporation. This crime was eventually overturned by the US Supreme Court unanimously but it was far too late for all involved because the company was totally destroyed years before the Supreme Court decision.

  1. Enron Employees –

Mueller and Weissmann not only attacked innocents using the full might of the US government, they also committed crimes. In recently uncovered documents from the Enron case, Weissmann threatened a witness –

Top Guggenheim Exec Faces Five Misdemeanors After Boating Accident That Left Two Injured

A top insurance executive at Guggenheim Partners has been charged with negligence and reckless driving as a result of a December boating collision that took place near Fort Lauderdale.

Guggenheim's Daniel Towriss now faces five misdemeanors as a result of the accident and has pleaded not guilty to all five charges, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The collision left a brand new 42 foot custom yacht upended on a jetty shortly after midnight on December 31. Two of his passengers were thrown from the boat and suffered injuries as a result, according to another lawsuit filed in July. The passengers allege that Towriss was driving "recklessly and under the influence".

One of the passengers "suffered a fractured skull and injuries to her brain, leg and ribs, and has since had three surgeries". Both passengers claimed in a lawsuit that Towriss "had a mixed drink and a share of two or three bottles of wine" before going out on the boat. On the boat, they claim he had another drink, became unaware of his surroundings and “permitted the boat to drift in an erratic way on the open water in dark, nighttime conditions.”

Guggenheim refrained from commenting, telling the WSJ: “The boating accident you have inquired about is a personal matter that occurred during a holiday vacation and is entirely unrelated to Mr. Towriss’s business duties and responsibilities.”

Towriss' lawyers - as lawyers do - blamed the jetty and the passengers.

John Seiler, lawyer for Mr. Towriss, said Towriss was disappointed that the “boating outing among friends of many years turned into a lawsuit for money damages and the end of a friendship.”

Eric Schwartzreich, another one of Mr. Towriss’s lawyers, said: “We’re disappointed in these charges and intend to vigorously fight them in Court. This accident happened because of the well-known and dangerous conditions of the jetty.’’

Seven killed after plane loaded with money crashes in South Sudan

A cargo plane carrying food, motorbikes and cash crashed shortly after takeoff from the airport in the South Sudanese capital of Juba. Four passengers and three crew have been confirmed dead.

The Antonov An-26 aircraft was travelling to the city of Aweil in the northwest of the country. Videos and photos circulating on social media show smoke rising from the pieces of fuselage strewn across the crash site.

"There were eight people on board, three passengers and five crew. A single person from among the passengers survived and she is in good health," Transport Minister Madut Biar Yol told AFP. "The four other passengers and the three crew members are dead."

Aijeu told the Xinhua the aircraft was carrying motorbikes and food, as well as money to pay the salaries of NGO workers. The Aviation Herald website also reported that the plane was loaded with cash intended for “wages.” A witness told the media that people on the ground rushed to collect the money scattered across the wreckage.

In 2017, an An-26 passenger plane coming from Juba caught fire after landing in the city of Wau and, despite the aircraft being completely destroyed, all 45 people on board were rescued. A more tragic incident occurred in 2015, when an An-12 cargo plane crashed shortly after taking off from Juba, killing 37.

‘Famine of biblical proportions’ looms over humanity due to Covid-19, UN food chief warns

The Covid-19 pandemic may lead to a calamity of epic scale, with millions facing starvation worldwide, the head of the UN’s hunger-fighting body has warned.

“All the data we have, including WFP forecast that the number of people experiencing malnutrition will grow by 80 percent by the end of the year, … points to a real disaster,” David Beasley, Executive Director of the UN World Food Program (WFP), said.

We are risking a famine of biblical proportions

The rapid increase in the number of people who can’t feed themselves will be just an immediate outcome of the pandemic, which caused a disruption of food growth and logistics worldwide. More long-term damage is bound to materialize in the years to come.

“Obviously social tensions will grow, migration will increase, conflicts will escalate and hunger will likely affect those who didn’t experience it before,” the official told the Russian news agency TASS.

WFP projections say Latin American nations face the most dramatic change in their situation, with the number of malnourished people increasing by as much as 269 percent, Beasley said. The same metric for countries in Eastern and Central Asia stands at 135 percent. Sub-Saharan Africa may see the number of their hungry almost double.

Global hunger is already high, Beasley warned. Unless bold action is taken now, “many will die, children will suffer from the consequences of malnutrition for many years, and the world will lose all the progress made in fighting hunger over the past decade,” he said.

The price of inaction will be incredibly high.

This year some 138 million people in 83 countries rely on WFP for their food supply, the official said. For many of them the UN humanitarian body is the “last hope for survival”. In South Sudan 1.6 million people were added this year to the 5 million already requiring assistance. In Yemen, the WFP feeds 13 million.

The situation in Lebanon became particularly grim after a devastating blast two weeks ago in Beirut. The explosion not only destroyed stockpiles of grain, but also cut supply chains because the damaged port was used to deliver some 85 percent of the food that Lebanon needs.

Beasley called on international donors to provide additional funding to the organization to deal with the looming disaster. The WFP needs $4.9 billion over the next six months to keep its humanitarian programs running.

Governments Are Faking It, And Copying Each Other

A mystery for months is how it is that so many governments in so many different places on earth could have adopted the same or very similar preposterous policies, no matter the threat level of the virus, and without firm evidence that interventions had any hope of being effective.

In the course of two weeks, traditional freedoms were zapped away in nearly all developed countries. In a seriously bizarre twist, even the silliest policies replicated themselves like a virus in country after country.

For example, you can’t try on clothing in a store in Texas or in Melbourne, or in London or in Kalamazoo. What’s with that? We know that the COVID bug is least likely to live on fabrics unless I have symptoms of it, sneeze on my handkerchief and then I stuff it in your mouth. The whole thing is a ridiculous mysophobic overreach, like most of the rules under which we live.

Then there was the inside/outside confusion. First everyone was forced indoors and people were arrested for being outdoors. Later, once restaurants started opening, people were not allowed indoors so eating establishments scrambled to make outdoor dining possible. Are we supposed to believe that the virus lived outside for a while but then later moved inside?

Or these curfews. So many places have them despite a complete absence of evidence that COVID spread prefers the night to the day. I guess the real point is to put a stop to revelry that might bring people together in a fun way? It’s like all our governments decided on the same day that COVID spreads through smiles and fun, so we have to banish both.

In Sydney and Los Angeles, and also in Detroit and Miami, you need to wear a mask when you walk in a restaurant but not when you sit. And this 6-foot rule is highly suspect too. It seems to imply that if you get too close to each other, COVID spontaneously appears. At least people seem to believe that.

Australia, in its way, even created a slogan and a jingle to go with it. “Staying Apart Keeps Us Together,” says Orwell, I mean, Victoria.

Socially distance! Don’t be a silent spreader! Even though the largest study yet has shown that “asymptomatic cases were least likely to infect their close contacts.” Which is to say, this is mostly nonsense.

In most places too, you have to quarantine two weeks when you arrive from afar, even though it is rare that the virus incubation period is that long. The mean period is 6 days, perhaps, which is what one would expect from a coronavirus like the common cold.

Oliver Stone says Senate Russia report is untrustworthy on Bill Maher's show, Twitterati grab pitchforks & torches

The US Senate report on alleged links between Donald Trump and Russia should not be taken at face value, film director Oliver Stone has said, angering people who perceive the US president as a tool of the Kremlin.

The document released earlier this week is the final report by the Senate Intelligence Committee on the Russiagate saga. Democratic members of the committee discovered "a breathtaking level of contacts between Trump officials and Russian government operatives" in the same set of findings that their Republicans colleagues interpreted as proving otherwise.

The news galvanized anti-Trump sentiment and was brought up on the latest instalment of Real Time with Bill Maher on HBO. Maher asked his guest, acclaimed film director Oliver Stone, what he thought about the story. His response was skeptical, to say the least.

"The intelligence agencies are not reliable, they've been screwing with America going back to the Vietnam War, going back to the Iraq wars, the Afghani wars," Stone said. "It's very hard to find out the truth from them."

He added the Trump-Russia narrative is propped up by rumors, anonymous sources, and speculation by think-tank talking heads, which add up "into this ball of wax that becomes enormous. And they have people like you, who are skeptical generally, believing it. I would really triple-check everything, every one of those sources."

Trump is a "sad figure" who he would never vote for, Stone said, but making US foreign policy "dependent on attacking Trump, to get rid of Trump, and creating a Cold War environment with China and with Russia and with other countries, is crazy."

The attitude could have been expected from Stone, a well-known anti-war activist and critic of the US government. In fact, he came on the show to discuss his memoir and how filmmakers in the US are steered away from topics that Washington doesn't like.

But hearing his opinions on a popular show on a mainstream TV channel apparently made many viewers sad and angry. They rushed to vent their emotions online, calling Stone's views "batshit crazy."

Incidentally, the two points from the Senate report that Maher cited as proving Trump's nefarious connection to the Kremlin both have shaky factual foundations. Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Kilimnik, who had contacts with Trump's disgraced campaign chair Paul Manafort, was labeled as a Russian intelligence officer by the committee. However, no evidence in support of this assessment was offered in the redacted version of the report. Robert Mueller's investigation earlier outed Kilimnik as a US State Department informant, making the man's government connections quite murky.

The report also said Trump aide Roger Stone organized a dump of Democratic emails "30 minutes after the Access Hollywood tape came out," as Maher put it. The publication of the John Podesta files in reality was announced by WikiLeaks at least a day in advance, according to Italian investigative journalist Stefania Maurizi. One assumes then that the Trump campaign would have to somehow know that Access Hollywood was about to drop long beforehand to pull off such a trick.

Democrats Block Coronavirus Relief, Police Legislation After Pelosi Calls House Back For Postal Service Bill

Democrats blocked bills regarding coronavirus relief Saturday after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the chamber back to debate and vote on U.S. Postal Service legislation.

Pelosi brought the House back into session from recess to vote on a bill that would block the Trump administration from making additional changes to the Postal Service. Republicans took the opportunity, however, to introduce three bills addressing coronavirus vaccine funding, amending the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and increasing funding to police departments nationwide.

“We could come together and provide our country with some of the critical resources necessary to fight this novel coronavirus,” Rep. Michael Burgess said. “Unfortunately, the House democratic leadership does not acknowledge or seem to even be curious as to whether or not they’re up to the task.”

The Texas Republican introduced a bill that would provide resources for the ongoing development of a coronavirus vaccine and for the subsequent distribution of the vaccine. The federal government formed Operation Warp Speed, a partnership between several health agencies and private pharmaceutical companies devoted to producing a vaccine by 2021, as the virus quickly spread in March.

“House Democratic leadership has turned their backs on the needs of America,” Burgess said on the House floor.

Ohio Rep. Steve Chabot sponsored a bill that would make businesses that received a PPP loan eligible to receive a second disbursement. The original PPP program, which was included in the March Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, expired on Aug. 8.

Rep. Pete Stauber introduced legislation that would provide funding to police departments that would go towards training and body cameras. Police departments have faced scrutiny after the death of George Floyd, who died in Minneapolis police custody after an officer kneeled on his neck for more than eight minutes.

Chicago BLM activist warns people will 'get ran over' if city doesn't cave to demands: 'We're not asking'

'This is our city, our city, and we're taking this s*** back'

A Black Lives Matter activist in Chicago warned this week that if city leaders do not cave to the movement's demands, then residents should prepare to "get ran over."

The activist blasted Mayor Lori Lightfoot, a Democrat, for "not protecting the black women in this city," claiming Lightfoot's response to police brutality has been to "sic her dogs on us" — a reference to the Chicago Police Department — and "beat us and arrest us and steal our lives from us."

"We see you for who you are — you're not fooling anybody," the activist went on to say, accusing Lightfoot of "creating problems in black and brown communities to protect white people."

That's when the activist threatened city residents.

"This is our city, our city, and we're taking this s*** back. Point back. Period. End of discussion," she said. "We have demands and they need to be met and I feel like I've been saying this too much."

"We're not asking you anything. We're telling you what's about to happen with your permission or not," she went on to say. "You can listen to us or you can get ran over. And that's all I have to say."

As TheBlaze previously reported, Black Lives Matter activists in Chicago do not believe rioters should face consequences for the mass looting that occurred in the city several weeks ago, which caused an estimated $60 million in damages.

In fact, Black Lives Matter organizer Ariel Atkins justified the looting and rioting as "reparations" to which he said the black community is entitled.

"I don't care if someone decides to loot a Gucci or a Macy's or a Nike store, because that makes sure that person eats," Atkins said, WMAQ-TV reported. "That makes sure that person has clothes."

"That is reparations," Atkins added. "Anything they wanted to take, they can take it because these businesses have insurance."

Police: Multiple Arrests Made During Riot Outside Portland’s North Precinct

Nine people were arrested Saturday in Portland, Oregon, during a riot outside the North Precinct Community Policing Center.

The event that began Friday night resulted in heavy damage to police cars and injuries to officers, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) said in a news release:

A crowd of 150-200 people gathered at Irving Park at 707 Northeast Fremont Street and began marching around 9:30p.m., blocking traffic. In the march, many individuals wore protective gear including helmets, eye protection, gas masks, and body armor. Some carried homemade wooden shields.

Officers placed unoccupied police vehicles parked on Northeast Emerson Street on the southwest side of the precinct and yellow police line tape across the road. That was done with the intention of keeping the crowd away from the building. In past protests there have been attempts to commit arson and burn the occupied building.

Journalist Andy Ngô tweeted video footage Saturday of the crowd outside the north precinct:

Hundreds of #antifa have now arrived at the Portland Police north precinct, the building they’ve attacked multiple times and set on fire on other nights. #PortlandRiots pic.twitter.com/YHOuGvFIrg

— Andy Ngô (@MrAndyNgo) August 22, 2020

Police continuously warned the crowd not to enter city property. In response, rioters targeted the officers by throwing bottles, eggs, and green lasers in their eyes.

The crowd continued throwing objects and officers retreated out of sight in an effort to deescalate the situation:

Over the next three hours, individuals in the crowd pelted the police vehicles with softball-sized rocks, glass bottles, golf balls, ball bearings, metal railroad spikes (photo), and plastic eggs filled with paint (photo). There were also balloons filled with feces thrown on the cars and even a torn up street sign was used to vandalize the marked police cars (photo). Windows were broken and tires were deflated (photo).

The PPB eventually issued a warning that the event was being declared an unlawful assembly and ordered the crowd to move to the south:

To those near NE Emerson St and NE MLK Blvd:

This gathering has been declared an unlawful assembly.

All persons near NE Emerson St and NE MLK Blvd must disperse by traveling to the SOUTH. You are ordered to disperse immediately.

— Portland Police (@PortlandPolice) August 22, 2020

Ngô shared footage of the moment officers began to disperse the crowd:

This is the moment Portland Police finally moved in to clear black bloc rioters from the north precinct. #PortlandRiots #antifa pic.twitter.com/8BDc3Lnc1K

— Andy Ngô (@MrAndyNgo) August 22, 2020

“Almost immediately the officers were pelted with objects including rocks. At 1:10 a.m., a riot was declared,” the PPB release said, adding that a vehicle tried to run over officers but was unsuccessful in injuring them.

However, one officer suffered a laceration to her leg when a rock was thrown, another officer sprained his ankle, and several others suffered bumps and bruises, the bureau stated.

Report: 90% of Belgian Medics Support Infanticide of Babies with Disabilities

An extensive new survey revealed that nine out of ten medics in Belgium believe it is morally “acceptable” to take the life of a newborn baby born with a serious but non-lethal disability.

A team of researchers surveyed medics at all eight of the Neonatal Intensive Care Units in the Flanders region of Belgium and found that 89.1 per cent thought it morally proper to kill disabled newborns, a process euphemistically described as “after-birth abortion”.

The response rate to the survey was very high (79 per cent) and all respondents were either physicians (51.1 per cent) or paramedical professionals (49.9 per cent).

All of those taking part in the survey are involved in caring for babies born with a serious health condition and are designated as decision-makers for late-term abortions, the Christian Institute reported on Friday.

The study, which set out to discover “Healthcare professionals’ attitudes towards termination of pregnancy at viable stage”, found that medics working in this area of care had “a high degree of tolerance” for late-term abortions, with nearly all (95.6 per cent) saying they are open to the practice if an unborn baby’s disability is deemed “serious but not lethal”.

Among its conclusions, the study found that healthcare professionals practising late late-term abortions in Flanders “are demanding legislative change regarding active life‐ending in the fetal and neonatal periods” — meaning greater leeway to commit infanticide when they deem it appropriate.

The Belgian study mirrors results of a similar British study conducted in 2012 and published by the British Medical Journal (BMJ).

That study expressly affirmed that foetuses and newborn babies “do not have the same moral status as actual persons” and are, in fact, merely “potential persons” and therefore “morally irrelevant.” With this premise in mind, the authors “argue that what we call ‘after-birth abortion’ (killing a newborn) should be permissible in all the cases where abortion is, including cases where the newborn is not disabled.”

A Right To Life UK spokeswoman said it is “profoundly disturbing that these healthcare professionals, who should be upholding the right to life and giving every baby the best possible chance at life, are hugely in favour of ‘after-birth abortions’ and infanticide of babies with a disability.”

It is tragic that “intentionally ending the life of an unborn baby” has become “morally acceptable by these healthcare professionals in Belgium,” she added.

Judge Rules Indiana Can’t Toss Mail-In Ballots Without Telling Voters

The decision was handed down the same day another federal judge in Indiana held voters cannot be removed from the state’s voting rolls without notification.

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) — Indiana election officials cannot reject absentee ballots based upon mismatched signatures without first notifying the voter and giving them a chance to correct any mistakes, a federal judge ruled.

In her 44-page ruling late Thursday, Senior U.S. District Judge Sarah Barker found that the state’s method of rejecting vote-by-mail ballots based upon perceived mismatched signatures was unconstitutional.

“Indiana’s signature verification requirement is unconstitutional under the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution insofar as it fails to provide any notice or cure procedures before rejecting mail-in absentee ballots for signature mismatch,” Barker wrote.

Barker, a Ronald Reagan appointee, reasoned that while Indiana voters technically have no constitutional right to vote by absentee ballot, state law allows for it and it must be carried forth in a manner that abides by the U.S. Constitution.

The judge pointed to testimony from an expert witness, who explained that determining whether a signature is valid is difficult because many factors can go into comparing two signatures.

“Based on this evidence, we find that, while the overall number of voters disenfranchised by the signature verification is not overwhelmingly large, there is nonetheless a real risk of erroneous rejection, particularly given the natural variations in a person’s handwriting,” Barker wrote.

Under current Indiana law, a voter can request an absentee ballot if they know they are going to be away or working on Election Day during the 12 hours that the polls are open, if they are a voter with a disability or are at least 65 years old.

The lawsuit challenging the signature verification process was filed in May 2019 by a group of Indiana voters and Common Cause Indiana, a voting rights advocacy group that applauded Barker’s ruling Friday.

“This is a historic win for Indiana voters,” said Julia Vaughn, policy director of Common Cause Indiana. “This victory helps ensure no Hoosier voting by mail will be disenfranchised by Indiana’s flawed signature matching law. Election laws should protect people’s right to vote and the integrity of our election system. Indiana’s signature matching law failed to do either, and wrongly disenfranchised Hoosiers. The court made the right decision to block its enforcement.”

TEACHING INSANITY: Schools now teaching remote students “virtual fire drills” in case the buildings they’re NOT occupying catch fire

Demonstrating the utter uselessness of public schooling, some school districts are reportedly now holding “virtual fire drills” in which students are being instructed how to evacuate buildings where they are not even present due to Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions.

In a video clip that has gone viral, the son of Jason Hammer, the host of the “Hammer and Nigel Show” on local Indiana radio, shows his dad a map of the school where he would have attended in person if covidiocy had not become the new law of the land.

“Today we have a virtual fire drill where they are showing us where to walk out of the building that we are not in right now in case that building catches fire,” the boy states, trying not to laugh.

The facility blueprint shown was of Beech Grove High School, which is doing virtual classes during the plandemic to supposedly help keep students like Hammer “safe.”

The boy’s father told FOX Business that the drill was a “complete waste of time,” seeing as how his son was not there in person to actually learn how to exit the building. At first, the boy thought it was a joke, only to learn that it was, in fact, real.

According to Melody Stevens, communications director for Beech Grove City Schools, the school was well aware that many parents and students would probably “think it was silly to hold it while others have applauded the effort.”

“A lot of parents need to try to remember to walk in the shoes of a high school principal during [a] pandemic,” Stevens added, noting that the school’s new “hybrid” model will still allow some students to attend in-person classes on certain days of the week.

The Indiana Department of Education claims it is required to conduct a fire drill within the first 10 days of classes. However, schools are not mandated to conduct virtual fire drills.

Amazon censors anti-Kamala items; Allows ‘f*** Trump’ apparel

Amazon censored vulgar political speech this week by removing shirts that referred to Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris as a “hoe.”

A seller named The Oxygen Bandit promoted shirts that said “Joe and the Hoe,” which sold for $24.99 to $42.99 depending on the style.

“All sellers must follow our selling guidelines and those who do not will be subject to action including potential removal of their account,” an Amazon spokesperson said, according to USA Today.

“We are working to remove these products,” the spokesperson said.

From a brief search of the shirts that Amazon allows users to sell on its platform, it is clear that the company is blatantly discriminating against Republican political candidates and protecting Democratic political candidates.

On the first page of results after searching “anti-Donald Trump clothing,” there are shirts that:

Say “F— Trump” in some form.

Compare Trump to a sexually transmitted disease.

Call Trump a “turd.”

Slanderously call Trump a “racist.”

Slanderously call him Vladimir Putin’s “puppet.”

Calls him a “Luna Tick,” with a reference to other parasites.

One shirt goes as far as to say “F— Trump. If you like Trump, f— you too.”

For now, Amazon is allowing a shirt that says “Kamala smelled the best,” a reference to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden‘s strange habit of smelling women.

The shirts that call Harris a “hoe” stem from her extramarital relationship with Willie Brown, a former San Francisco mayor who is 30 years her senior.

Harris benefited politically from her relationship with Brown, but the corporate news media describes this as “misinformation,” against all available evidence.

Even the far-left San Francisco Chronicle described Brown’s appointment of Harris to the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and the California Medical Assistance Commission as “patronage.”

Brown defended his political patronage to Harris by stating that he had aided many other people in launching their political careers.

Pompeo, Kushner to visit Middle East as US presses Israeli-Arab peace

Top Trump administration officials expected in Jerusalem this week following US-brokered normalization deal between Israel and UAE

The Trump administration will send two top officials to the Middle East this week in a bid to capitalize on momentum from the historic agreement between Israeli and the United Arab Emirates to establish diplomatic relations.

Three diplomats say Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and US President Donald Trump’s senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner plan to make separate, multiple-nation visits to the region in the coming days to push Arab-Israeli rapprochement in the aftermath of the Israel-UAE deal.

Pompeo is expected to depart tomorrow for Israel, Bahrain, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Sudan, according to the diplomats, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the itinerary has not yet been finalized or publicly announced. Kushner plans to leave later in the week for Israel, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, the diplomats say.

Neither trip is expected to result in announcements of immediate breakthrough, the diplomats say, although both are aimed at finalizing at least one, and potentially more, normalization deals with Israel in the near future.

Pompeo also plans to meet in Qatar with members of the Talban to discuss intra-Afghan peace talks that are key to the withdrawal of remaining US forces in Afghanistan, the diplomats say.

The White House and State Department have no comment on the planned trips, which will come as the administration steps up efforts to push for Arab-Israeli normalization even without a resolution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict.

They also come as the administration has taken the controversial step of triggering the restoration of all international sanctions on Iran, something that only Israel and the Gulf Arab nations have publicly supported.

Israel and the United Arab Emirates announced on August 13 they would establish full diplomatic relations, in a US-brokered deal that required Israel to halt its contentious plan to annex occupied West Bank land sought by the Palestinians.

The historic agreement delivered a key foreign policy victory to Trump as he seeks reelection and reflected a changing Middle East in which shared concerns about archenemy Iran have largely overtaken traditional Arab support for the Palestinians.

US and Israeli officials have suggested that more Arab nations may soon follow the UAE’s lead, with Bahrain and Oman believed to be closest to sealing such deals.

House poised to approve $25B for Postal Service in rare Saturday vote

The House will convene for a rare weekend session on Saturday to consider Democratic legislation that would prevent the U.S. Postal Service from making functional changes that could imperil delivery of mail-in ballots for the November elections.

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy announced earlier this week that he would suspend cost-cutting measures until after the elections. But Democrats warn that it’s not enough and doesn’t reverse the moves already enacted that have resulted in mail delivery delays.

“These attempts to hurt the Postal Service and undermine our democracy must end,” House Oversight Committee Chairwoman Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) said Friday.

The legislation authored by Maloney is expected to pass largely along party lines, although it may draw support from a handful of GOP lawmakers who have also expressed concerns about delayed mail delivery. It is likely dead on arrival in the Senate, where Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has rejected the idea of bringing a stand-alone postal bill to the floor, without other coronavirus relief measures the Trump administration is demanding.

The bill would prevent the Postal Service from making any changes to its operations that would result in reduced service, such as closing postal facilities, restricting overtime pay, removing mail-sorting machines or treating election mail as anything other than first-class.

It would also provide $25 billion for Postal Service operations, a figure originally recommended by the agency’s board of governors and included in the Democrats’ $3.4 trillion coronavirus relief package, which passed through the House in May.

The vote arrives amid a fierce debate over the future of the Postal Service, fueled by DeJoy’s ascension to the top of the agency this summer, and the subsequent cut-backs he adopted, including the elimination of overtime for postal carriers; the removal of curb-side drop-boxes and sorting machines; and scaled back hours at some regional post offices.

Democrats have howled, accusing DeJoy — a wealthy GOP donor with no previous government experience — of seeking to hamper postal delivery to lend advantage to President Trump in November’s elections, when roughly 80 million voters are expected to cast mail-in ballots as a health precaution during the coronavirus pandemic.

Over 10,000 protest against Netanyahu in Jerusalem; 7 arrested

Demonstrators hold march through capital despite police opposition; officer filmed shoving, striking protesters in Paris Square

Hundreds of anti-government protesters held a march in Jerusalem on Saturday night, despite police orders banning the movement of demonstrators.

The protesters marched from the capital’s Chords Bridge to the Prime Minister’s Residence, despite police refusing to grant permission for the march.

Police attempted to stop the procession, leading to light scuffles and at seven arrests, but then relented and allow the marchers to proceed to the main protest area near the Prime Minister’s Residence, the Ynet news site reported.

Estimates put the number of marchers at around 1,500 and the total number of protesters at 10,000.

Following clashes between demonstrators and right-wing counter-protesters last month, the police ordered a halt to marches, saying that it was easier to control the events and protect demonstrators while they were stationary.

Thousands of other protesters gathered at the Prime Minister’s Residence in Jerusalem. The Kan public broadcaster reported light scuffles at the scene between protesters and police, but no arrests.

Footage posted by Channel 13 said to be from Paris Square showed a police officer shoving and striking demonstrators.

‘My Values Are To The Left’: Independent Alaska Senate Candidate Tells DNC He’s With Them

Senate challenger Al Gross told Democratic donors behind closed doors that his run as an "independent Alaskan" is a front.

"I will caucus with the Democrats. I've been an independent since I was 18, but if you look at my platform, you'll see that most of my values are to the left," Gross said Wednesday. "I've met with leadership in the Senate and they are very understanding that my best pathway to win is to remain as an independent."

The concession—which Gross made while appealing to national donors during a Democratic National Committee virtual happy hour—is at odds with his campaign's positioning. In a July ad, Gross said he was "running for U.S. Senate as an independent Alaskan," adding that "out here, if you can't think for yourself, you won't survive."

Gross's admission may harm his ability to distance himself from national Democrats in historically red Alaska, which President Donald Trump won by nearly 15 points in 2016. According to University of Alaska Fairbanks political scientist Jerry McBeath, 58 percent of the state's electorate identify as "nonpartisan and undeclared," meaning that "if you're aiming for the mass of Alaska voters, you would talk about yourself as an independent candidate."

"There are all these [positions] that the national Democratic Party has that are unpopular in Alaska, such as the Second Amendment—gun control and gun rights and the like—and of course the abortion issue," McBeath told the Washington Free Beacon. "It's an uphill battle for Gross in this election."

Gross will face off against incumbent senator Dan Sullivan (R.) in November. The Cook Political Report rates the race "likely Republican." Senate editor Jessica Taylor told the Free Beacon that while Alaska has a "history of electing independent-minded senators," Gross could struggle to shake his ties to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.).

"Even though he's running as an independent, he does have the backing of national Democrats, and that's something that Sullivan and Republicans will really hammer home," Taylor said.

Tennessee Governor Signs Bill Increasing Punishments for Rioters

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee on Wednesday signed a bill into law to boost punishments for rioters.

The law increased the punishment for illegal camping on state property not designated as a camping area from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class E felony with mandatory minimum sentence of 30 days imprisonment.

The offenders will also be required to pay restitution for any property damage or loss incurred by the illegal camping.

Those who camp on state property illegally between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m and refuse to leave or return within 24 hours after being warned by officers will probably be subject to charges, according to the law.

The bill was sponsored by state Rep. William Lamberth (R-Tenn.) and passed in the House and Senate on Aug. 12. It became effective right after Lee signed it into law on Wednesday.

The law added several measures to protect state and private property against rioters.

Under current law, a vandal is published in the same manner as theft based on the fair value or replacement cost of the property damage. The law added that the value of state property should be calculated based on the cost of repairing, cleaning, and restoring the property.

The law also imposes a mandatory minimum 45-day hold if convicted of aggravated rioting, enhances the fine for obstructing emergency vehicles from accessing highways, requires a court to order restitution for damaging state property, and creates a Class C felony offense for aggravated assault against a first responder—which carries a $15,000 fine and mandatory minimum 90-day prison sentence.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Tennessee (ACLU), a left-leaning legal assistance organization which had asked Lee to veto the legislation in an Aug. 14 letter (pdf), said Thursday that the group will be closely monitoring enforcement of the law.

“We are very disappointed in Governor Lee’s decision to sign this bill, which chills free speech, undermines criminal justice reform, and fails to address the very issues of racial justice and police violence raised by the protesters who are being targeted,” ACLU of Tennessee Executive Director Hedy Weinberg said in a statement obtained by The Associated Press.

Tennessee has a Republican governor and Republican majorities in both state legislative chambers, and will likely set an example for other red states.

A wave of protests and riots occurred in various cities around the country including Nashville in Tennessee after the death of George Floyd, a black man who died after a Minneapolis police officer pressed his knee on his neck.

Rioters have damaged local businesses and committed arson, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said.

About 30 business and buildings were damaged overnight on May 31. Nashville police also arrested 25-year-old Wesley Somers for setting fire to Nashville’s Historic Courthouse.

Somers was charged with felony arson, vandalism, and disorderly conduct.
