Has anyone mentioned the possibility that Red Sparrow could mean Red Herring?

Either way, just saying that everything seems to have multiple meanings. I know that Sparrow Red is also a plane apparently. I just think of a Red Herring when I hear that and Syria screams DISTRACTION to me.
