OK, I posted this the l2b's, so I'm not sorry for spamming. I really hope someone can provide me with an answer. Someone mentioned Doctrine of Reciprocal Jeopardy and I am looking into it. It does not sound familiar to me, though.

"I have a question for any lawfags here regarding tort law. I recall reading it a while ago.

When a person or entity creates a danger, they cannot benefit from creating the danger. It's like you put nails in the road in front of your tire shop. Or, you create a pothole and the city pays you to fill it in.

So, if a person or entity is responsible for creating or releasing Covid-19, then they cannot benefit from selling masks or vaccines. That's what Bill fucking Gates and his ilk are doing here.

Right? What is the name of this theory in tort law?"

In thinking about it, perhaps it has something to do with estoppel.
