Rep Ralph Norman of South Carolina's 5th was on Fox (I'm watching 30-minutes behind real time) and said something I thought sounded weird:

"we haven't been in session since March 10th 17% of the time"

prompted me to look at Q-3117, attached. Timestamp, post #, topic relevant? Considering immediately prior to hearing this i was already looking at clues pointing to 8-27, I'd say maybe.
