Take it further. We are currently in the one-year delta of the shutdown. Q returned on 11/2/19 with four posts. The only "normal" English text in this set was: RIG FOR RED. This is a sub term, as many anons pointed out, that refers to the switch to red light in preparation for a sub coming to surface level at night (so eyes can acclimate). But there is obviously a DOUBLE meaning, since Q has already used RED in conjunction with SUBS in the RED OCTOBER marker.
