Portland Police have declared a riot in some neighborhood. Terrorists have been attacking them by throwing objects, using paintball gun, as well as fireworks at close range.
Early on in the protests, I remember there was a truck driving around the Atlanta area with a guillotine. Back then, I'd often hear them ask the question: "What happened to people during the French Revolution?"
Some have also suggested that beheading is another meaning for 'CHOP', the area they had taken over in Seattle.
