I watched this last week. From memory, the cameraman was not looking at the second impact but his camera was on his friends who were looking at the second impact. It's a split second before the camera man looks at tower 2. What I found interesting throughout the rest of the video is NONE of the friends mention the building being hit by a plane, they all called it a bomb.
