BJS Criminal Victimization 2018 Table 14, The Inconvenient Truth

Black people are over 4,000% more likely to violently attack a white person than white people are to violently attack a black person. Proof:

3,581,360 white victims of violent crime in 2018. 15.3% of offenders were black. That brings the total of white victims with black offenders to ~ 550,000.

563,940 black victims of violent crime in 2018. 10.6% of offenders were white. That brings the total of black victims with white offenders to ~ 60,000.

550,000/60,000 = a ratio of ~ 9/1

"But wait anon, this is an aggregate population statistic taken of two groups that have unequal representation in the overall population. You need to level the data somehow." You're exactly right there anon. We will be using the most common population leveling statistic: per capita.

61% of the population is non-hispanic white. 13.4% is black.

61%/13.4% ~= 4.5/1

Now we must apply our leveling statistic to the original aggregate data.

(9/1)(4.5/1) = 94.5 ~= 40

This means that if you pick a single white person and a single black person from the population in 2018, the black person is over 4,000% more likely to commit a violent crime against a white person than the white person would be to commit a violent crime against a black person.
