Actually if a famous Blue Check follows an account it will not get banned. They are put on a special algorithm. I'm not saying you are wrong about Praying Medic, but it's also possible account doesn't get banned out of respect for the Blue Check account that wants to see what this person says. So they don't get banned for that reason. I have one such account I cannot get banned. I've tried.
