The Russian and their Alliance (Zach's Chosen Side)
The Chinese and their Alliance
I forget what all the countries were but I think India and Pakistan were in the mix.
Zach and his people were pushing hard for us to go with the Russia group and said it was paramount.
It would apear that TRUMP did not side with that group and it may be due to needed alliances in the Asian side.
IE upcomming negociations with NK, the trade issue (We aren't as economically dependent on Russia as we are China).
So we have a psychological breakdown of that side of the camp (Russia) which it apears AJ is clearly in w/Zac.
From a GeoStrategy perspective, maybe this move (Strike) makes sense, from a Moral perspective I seriously doubt it does.
I think Infowars is hyping this TRUMP is comped stuff, but they offer no solid proof that TRUMP is compromised by Deep State. Speculation, it makes them feel better about why TRUMP chose to do what he did and offers fuel to the fire to put
presure on TRUMP to theorhetically realign with the Russian side.

My Take Was Adm. Rodgers. He is the man that can provide information on who has been naughty or nice.
Admiral Rodgers Is the first military officer on the right (our perspective). He is also the closest military officer to Pence and POTUS.
As the NSA head he would have prime access to all intelligence on every single person in the room.
I'm quite certain that Q is referencing Adm. Rodgers. Though Technically Mattis will be the one to "Clean house" it will be due to the information Adm. Rodgers would provide.
