For some reason my Android phone can't handle uploading mp4s.
Google sucks!
I couldn't get the whole circular ring in on photo because it was so big, but it was a ring, and it wasn't a Halo around the sun, it was all white, not a rainbow, and it was making the clouds freak out in wave/grid patterns like right out of a SciFi movie.
