my guess about this is that an over saturation of certain chemicals in the fat (food additive residue) results in an interior reaction that causes a lot of bloating (produces copius gas) and that coupled with other additives that cause swelling ('hot' or 'picante' things) . . . we get a reaction that seems like intense cramping. which can easily be triggered in anyone with the over saturation of whatever it is that makes this chemical gas producing reaction.
it's clear that some know this and tell people to do harmful things because they think it's funny.
