Theorizing is only one step along the pathway to knowledge. A theory must be substantiated with evidence and argumentation to become knowledge, epistemologically. A similar argument pertains with regard to the law and the standard of evidence needed to establish forensic proof.

If a distinction between theory and knowledge were more rigorously maintained, we would be far less deserving of the “conspiracy theorist” epithet. Even here, some anons are all too ready to leap to conclusions on the flimsiest of information.

Do we know whether there was ever a time when the Obamas had only one child?

And why was Michelle resident in the USVI at the time her children were young (pre presidency)? Where was she, physically - all the reports of her career appear to be within the US? Does a mother abandon her children for the substantial time required to maintain a non-resident status? Were the kids with her while outside the US?

The Weather Underground was intending, had their revolution been successful, to eradicate millions of Americans who were deemed incapable of being re-educated. That gem came from a WU member present at the planning discussions. So no, Michelle Obama’s association with Bernardine Dohrn cannot be assessed in any other light than that she is a clandestine revolutionary. The same interpretation goes for Barack and his association with Bill Ayers. Neither Ayers nor Dohrn have ever repudiated their WU leadership; they’ve subsequently adopted a more oblique angle of attack on American society through subversion of the university system.
