One of my ships was a Spruance-class, 5"/54 (127mm for our euro friends) and my Gunner's Mates started salivating as we closed in on Viequez Island for our quals. I was like "so tell me again "rapid-fire?" and a few short minutes later we were firing, got the sights all "happy" and then they let fly, 20 rounds per minute. Possum-eatin' grins for days after! (WP will always be my favorite)
