Comey had given 6 signed memos to Rybicki who had stored them in Comey's reception area and in Rybicki's own office at the FBI.It was David Archey who had assigned the date of Friday, May 12, 2017, as when they had assembled the memos, but Archey is not the one who found them, nor did he even know about them.Archey was not part of the original team as he hadn't come on until the following August of 2017.However, in assigning this date of the 12th, he did not know the SSA who had found them wasn't told until May 15th about the memos,but by assigning the date of May 12th, he had unknowingly exposed the working group (7th floor) did in fact know of them and had them on May 12th.
