This scam takes effect on October 5

Ventura County, California:

"Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, by law, every voter will receive a Vote By Mail ballot for the November 3rd Presidential General Election. Your ballot will be mailed to you on October 5th to promote safe voting at home. You do NOT need to request a Vote By Mail ballot.

Voters will NOT be assigned to any polling location. There will be 47 In-Person Voting Locations available throughout Ventura County open Saturday, October 31st through Election Day, November 3rd for In-Person Voting Services and 33 secure ballot drop boxes open beginning October 6th."
