Kenosha Police scanner reporting something on fire from an IED [commercial fireworks]. Tear gas and I think rubber bullets or similar being used against rioters.
That is C.J. Halliburton(!), who has been with 'Concrete Reporting' throughout the riots, and is now on his own. He was basically living in CHAZ, and I suspect him of being antifa, or a collaborator.
Now rioters are destroying Kenosha city garbage trucks, setting one on fire now.
