You clearly misunderstand imageboard mechanics and you use that partial knowledge to discredit people. That's not professional.

 

The tripcodes actually persist between imageboards, unless they are, so called, secure tripcodes.

That's right, secure tripcodes are denoted by "!!", regular tripcodes are denoted by a single "!".

Here is described an algorithm of generating a simple tripcode (please do note a single !, like in Q's tripcode):

Please do note, that there is no site-specific salt in the algorithm. If you are legit, on the other hand, please state what is the name of an algorithm that is used to generate a (simple) tripcode (three letters).
