does this monument / cage have a flame inside of it? I used to have a better pic and it seemed like there was.

The center of the monument seemed ominous to me, and I wondered why it was designed that way. It looks like a cage more than anything. JW if the designer had this in mind, like maybe one of them had something to do with his murder.
just looks ritual-y to me.
