The only other thing I could think of is fire. Most chemicals don't survive well under mass heat. One of the issues, back in the day, of the whole weaponized anthrax, was delivery systems. Heat from an explosion would kill it's efficacy. It's possible that whatever chemicals were being manufactured there would be the same situation. After 9/11 (Firefighterfag) we had to take a terrorism and WMD class. these kind of weapons need to be deployed in a contained area for them to be effective. Just my 2 cents worth.
