So the Cicada ARG/LARP was the initial outreach by MIL/IC patriots who have created The Plan over many years. It was intended to recruit the first wave of civilian patriots who have the unique skills to understand the plan and actually help. They helped design the effort to continue expanding out the circle of patriots, because ultimately the plan relies on the advantage the people have (numbers). Enter /pol/ & anons in general.
