Last night i did a thing. Let me start at the beginning though. Ive been half jokingly memeing about being mayor next year right?i am an actual "just a regular guy" that while everyone else just bitches i go find the issues and tell my citys fb group shit like "they voting on raising taxes" or "when im mayor i refuse to let these shills keep you in the dark and give the run around. Heres who ackshyually needs to be talked to" etc. This past weekend i had come across local city agenda for council meeting where yeah they intended on raising taxes. I posted and was like "damn man i cant be the only one to submit some comments n shit or even use a vpn for this dunbass zoom meeting"

So last night… A woman goes up there in person and let them fucking have it. All based on content and potential questions to be raised based on my post. They sidestepped of course. Technicalities etc. But i submitted basically my post for the record on the site. I even put "future mayor anon mcanon" (but obviously my name). Guys you should have seen the panic in their faces. They tried to be coy and knew i was on the zoom chat as "your name" and frantically tried to call (not) me out.

Shit was so god damn funny. This past week ive actually started unironically gaining a voter base of all types just fed up being fucked over. Thanks memes. Thanks 8. Did some easy digging and noticed these dickhead council members are actual shills though for development and zoning. Couple degrees of separation but only officially. Normies getting pissed. I couldnt be more happy with the chaos coming. I urge anons to do the same or similar.

It was like this right "x has been here 9 years and within that 9 years (actually more) property taxes and excess bonds approved and collected have increased exponentially. Given the longevity of x career the councils trust and favor must be with him so would it have been possible for x to managed funds in a more efficient way that wouldnt call for tax increases at the rate citizens are outraged? Why or why not? If possible what would a ballpark probability be for it actually working and are the members okay with accountability with this percentage? Was there anything, including ordinances or otherwise council related dictations preventing him from managing in a way which would not call for any increase in revenue through more tax dollars of valued real property? With anticipation of exponential growth within the past ten years and the foreknowledge of increase in property values, did that assist the councils decision for keeping the rate they did? Could there not have been a way to achieve positive optics with the people by lowering rate while still getting more actual dollars? If not why? What about the bond management? This says for helping pay on interest. Were the bonds absolutely necessary? Is there a full, documented ledger on funds and how they were spent- item for item?"
