And is it in the same vein as the sovereign/anti-admiralty/anti-maritime movement?

I am vaguely familiar with the sovereign / anti-admiralty / anti-maritime movement and watch a few videos regarding legalese and contracts and legal fictions and what not… but this Quantum Grammar is new to me and rather alien… trying to make sense of it.
