Trump Admin May Label China’s Treatment of Uighurs a ‘Genocide’: Report

The Trump administration is considering whether to formally label China’s treatment of Uighurs a “genocide,” Politico reported on Tuesday.

A genocide designation by the U.S. government could have political and legal consequences for the country. If the genocide label is approved, it could pressure the U.S. to intervene in some form to counteract the genocide, though not necessarily through military means. The designation would also be sure to further inflame tensions between the U.S. and China that have soared during the coronavirus pandemic.

The National Security Council, State Department, and the Department of Homeland Security are still weighing whether to use the term, Trump administration officials told Politico. The administration could designate China’s treatment of Uighurs as “crimes against humanity” or “ethnic cleansing” if there is not enough support for a formal designation of “genocide.”

A spokesman for the Joe Biden presidential campaign said Biden supports the “genocide” designation, which could influence President Trump’s final decision on the matter.

Gay mayor confronts 'homophobic' sex scandal ahead of primary

Alex Morse, the 31-year-old mayor of Holyoke, Massachusetts, and the Democratic primary candidate for the state’s 1st Congressional District, has had a busy few weeks since Aug. 7, when a local college newspaper published an article titled “College Democrats allege inappropriate behavior between Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse and college students.”

The allegations — that the young, gay mayor had used his position of power to sexually proposition vulnerable college students — spread quickly through his western Massachusetts district, leading one member of Holyoke’s city council to call for his resignation.

But less than a week later, The Intercept published explosive reports alleging that members of the College Democrats at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where Morse once worked, had schemed for months to create a sex scandal to derail Morse’s progressive challenge to incumbent Rep. Richard Neal, with whom the students reportedly wanted to secure an internship.

Joel Greenberg pleads not guilty to sex trafficking charge

Joel Greenberg entered a plea of not guilty to six new charges, including sex trafficking allegations from federal prosecutors who said he illegally used a state database to look up information about a girl between the ages of 14 and 17 and others with whom was engaged in “sugar daddy” relationships.

The former Seminole County Tax Collector wavied his right to appear at an arraignment scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday in the federal courthouse in downtown Orlando, according to the document filed by his attorney Vincent Citro.

In all, Greenberg faces a total of 12 federal charges, including six from two previous federal grand jury indictments in June and July related to stalking a political opponent, identity theft and using his public office to create fake IDs. Greenberg also pleaded not guilty to those earlier counts. He resigned from office and dropped his re-election bid shortly after he was arrested on those charges on June 23, when federal agents showed up unannounced at his Lake Mary home.

Prosecutors filed a new indictment last week alleging Greenburg used his elected position to look up information about the unidentified girl in the Florida Driver and Vehicle Information Database, also known as DAVID, including her photo and driver’s license number.

Trump to nominate Wolf as secretary of Homeland Security

Aug. 25 (UPI) – President Donald Trump on Tuesday said he plans to nominate Chad Wolf to be secretary of the Department of Homeland Security in an effort to make official the role he has fulfilled in a temporary capacity since November.

The president made the announcement on Twitter.

"I am pleased to inform the American Public that Acting Secretary Chad Wolf will be nominated to be the Secretary of Homeland Security. Chad has done an outstanding job and we greatly appreciate his service!" Trump wrote.

The president first named Wolf as acting secretary in November, the same day the Senate voted to confirm him as undersecretary of the department's Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans.

Wolf replaced former acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan, whom was never formally nominated to serve in the position. McAleenan replaced Kirstjen Nielsen.

Before her, Elaine Duke served as acting secretary after John Kelly's July 2017 departure to serve as chief of staff. Kelly is no longer with the White House.

Wolf has worked at the Department of Homeland Security since the beginning of Trump's administration, both at the Transportation Security Administration and as chief of staff to Nielsen.

NY wants court to declare mail disruptions unconstitutional

NEW YORK (AP) — New York’s attorney general added Tuesday to the growing pile of lawsuits seeking to halt disruptions to the U.S. Postal Service, citing substantial delays in mail delivery ahead of November’s presidential election — including several communities in her state that have gone some days without mail.

Attorney General Letitia James, a Democrat, said the changes amounted to voter suppression, with President Donald Trump admitting earlier this month that he wanted to hamper the postal service’s processing of mail-in ballots, which he fears could tilt the election to Democratic rival Joe Biden.

DeJoy told lawmakers on Monday that election mail is his “No. 1 priority,” saying he will authorize expanded overtime, extra truck trips and other measures in the weeks before the election to ensure on-time delivery of ballots.

DeJoy disputed reports that he eliminated overtime for postal workers and said a Postal Service document outlining overtime restrictions was written by a mid-level manager. Last week, DeJoy said he was halting some of his operational changes “to avoid even the appearance of impact on election mail.”

Still, DeJoy vehemently refused to restore decommissioned mail-sorting machines and blue collection boxes, saying they are not needed. He also said he would continue policies limiting when mail can go out as well as a halting of late delivery trips, which postal workers have said contributes to delays.

“I am not engaged in sabotaging the election,” DeJoy said.

An old interdasting article of what I believe POTU will enact thanks to Obama..kek

Despite the 22nd Amendment, it is possible for Obama to stay in office. Obama has signed more executive orders than any other American president in history. One of those is Executive Order 13603, which he signed on March 16, 2012. EO 13603 also goes by the National Defense Resources Preparedness Order. it gives the President power over many things in case of an emergency. For example, if there is an earthquake, the president would have the power to decide how much food people could buy and be given power over civil transport and the military.

Under Executive Order 13603, Barack Obama can also stay in office as President of the United States if an emergency occurs. If Obama declares martial law in the event of an emergency, then he can stay in office as long as he wishes.

Under martial law no election is needed, and political power is handed over to the executive branch and the military, rather than being shared among a balance of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches as laid out in the Constitution.'

Q post #2

Mockingbird

HRC detained, not arrested (yet).

Where is Huma? Follow Huma.

This has nothing to do w/ Russia (yet).

Why does Potus surround himself w/ generals?

What is military intelligence?

Why go around the 3 letter agencies?

What Supreme Court case allows for the use of MI v Congressional assembled and approved agencies?

Who has ultimate authority over our branches of military w\o approval

conditions unless 90+ in wartime conditions?

What is the military code?

Where is AW being held? Why?

POTUS will not go on tv to address nation.

POTUS must isolate himself to prevent negative optics.

POTUS knew removing criminal rogue elements as a first step was essential to free and pass legislation.

Who has access to everything classified?

Do you believe HRC, Soros, Obama etc have more power than Trump? Fantasy.

Whoever controls the office of the Presidecy controls this great land.

They never believed for a moment they (Democrats and Republicans) would lose control.

This is not a R v D battle.

Why did Soros donate all his money recently?

Why would he place all his funds in a RC?

Mockingbird 10.30.17

God bless fellow Patriots.
