Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health

"removal of cases" means removal of PEOPLE

"contacts and carriers" means anyone tested positive or has had contact with such.

"communicable diseases" means COVID or suspicion of such

"potentially dangerous" means anyone the deem based upon opinion.

Very important! especially if you have children and live in NY. The Dems bill will give them the power to remove your children and detain people based upon opinion.
